One of the worst ever app I have seen in my life !! All went well for the last three years , but for the last 6 months it's keeping me on nuts and wasting the whole day for a transfer with " Something Went Wrong " messages. The most annoying part is that the bank side technical team's reply like : We don't see any issues in your app on checking " which is the most arrogant and utter negligence from the bank side to a severe technical issue addressed to them.
Worst application... Never really works... Always show some kind of error message... From 15th onwards i can't even login to the app... When I went to branch after several failed attempts the assistant manager simply said that the app is not working due to server issues from last two days and they don't know when the issue get resolved... Till then just suffer...
Worst app. Federal bank is not considering the current account holders, they dont want to rectify the bugs of the app. "Something went wrong" while trying to log in most of the time showing this message. Since one year customers are suffering with this. If you people are not capable to solve these issues pls remove the app from play store. Irresponsible fellows.
The worst app in the banking field.. never possible to login when an emergency comes. Not possible to get beneficiaries registered in Fednet.. All benificiaries have to be registered every time.. What a bad experience we are facing. Several times registered complaint at contact and customer centre. No. Impact.. Better to withdraw this app and save the face of Federal bank
In fact it is not useful to do any business. It has premature performances. Always giving sign up issues. Also showing incomplete transaction details, moreover no option to share the UTR details to anywhere. Please do fix the correction measures urgently. Why always showing "weak wify detected" in opening stage itself ?
Very bad service for buisness we can't do any emergency transaction when ever we open the app it's shows invalid account number. how is it possible if we type proper password then also it displays as in valid account number.please fix the bugs .make the app work without any interference
There are lots of issues in this app, slow network response, transaction failures, connectivity issues at every instance, illogical UI design, doesn't show important information in mini statements and many more. Plus no update since 2019!
Pathetic..!! This app is such a shame for a reputed bank. Every time when i try to login, it shows 'something went wrong, please try after sometimes'. Why like that? I am trying to use the app to transffer money to my distribution companies. If i didn't make the payment at right time, they will hold my materials and it will cost a lot of money from me. I am facing this issue from past few days. If somehow i got logged in, then it will show 'loading' and i can't even check my balance. ππ£
My experience with this app is not good. It does not work efficiently. The number of times it gives error message is more than other banks' app. I am facing the same issue which was faced by Nextron Technologies.
Sir, Fedcorp is bad & irritating, its compulsory that's why using π. Actually we are afraid to transaction by this app. Please update ππππ. Fedmobile is super keep it up. Thanks
Now a days, last 2 months - when ever we do any transaction there is pop up saying " something went wrong , pl try again later" and because of which it is taking nearly 1 hr just to complete a single transaction. Req some one to solve the issue ASAP.
Worst App. Using since 1 year because I dont have any other option. Cant even see detailed transaction details considering they have closed Fedbook also now. Very bad experience. It is time now to switch bank.
I need to access my full statement, not a mini statement....or reinstate fed book app...Too slow...end up wasting the whole day trying to make a transaction...when inactive, the app is still open and can be accessed, so not satisfied with safety features
Everytime when i try to login for my cuurent account , it shows invalid mobile number. The worst maintenance of the app. Not user friendly , always it will be showing errors.
Long time waiting, beneficiary addition issues, lot of time is wasting this app....clear it immediatly ..... After adding pin , its always taking long time to open....after we will get message something went wrong...... Something went wrong.....better take next opportunity
Always has some or the other issues every 1-2 weeks apart. Very bad application working. I think i will change my bank account because of this.
Don't download this app ... Always showing technical issue .... Don't waste your time and money.... Also technical support team behaviour was very bad....
This app is a joke. I guess , even a class 5 child can build a better functioning app. At the login page, it asks the user to input the corporate account number, but there is no field to input it!! The only field present is for providing the mobile number, and after you input the mobile number , it says please provide valid Account number. So I then typed my account number in place of my mobile number, again the result was the same.
It's running too poor , it's never do work on time also showing everytimes error. Please do not open account in federal Bank , that's my humble request
Sincerely, this is the worst ever banking application I have ever used. Even kids these days make better mobile applications. Please delete this application from play store. π
Worst app ive ever experienced. Can't open the app on mobile data. It functions on wifi sometimes only. This app do not function when emergency situation. Planning to close my account in federal bank and open elsewhere.
The worst banking app I ever experienced, from design to execution everything failure. I have a request to the developers pls pls pls try to use try to use the app on a mobile before publishing it.
Never experienced such a pathetic app from a reputed bank,it takes hours for loading and hardly able to login by first attempt.its difficult to do any transaction ππ.
Using this app for more than 3 years. Never open this app in one time try. Always shows " some thing went wrong ". Many times tried to re- install the app. Use in different phones. And have the same issue Request you to resolve this issue.
Hai I am using this app 4 years this year January staring to app is not working properly. All time showing "something went wrong. Pls try after some time" Pls clear it as soon as possible this issue.
Very poor experience.Most times it shows server problem.we cant take a statement or make a transaction at required time. But when server issue is not present its very useful.
It's been more than 2 months am trying to login through this app but it still saying it's wrong account number , if your bank messages comes in the same number so how could it be a wrong account number. Its need to be resolve immediately.
Its incomplete app & doesn't fulfill any businessman needs except few fund transferred, there are no utility payment system for a exclusive app for Current account holders/ corporate is very surprising; even mini statement is uncleared and incomplete, it doesn't solve your purpose to open it, only last 10 transaction shown in entire app, there are no weekly/ monthly or quarterly details are avbl & more over it doesn't open easily on mobile netwrk, if you don't hv wifi thn do not download it
App is not up to the level. If we restore the phone then need to get sanction from bank to operate the app. It is very badly created... Allow anytime access to our account
