(Updated my rating based on the proactive response) The App fails while using for Scan and pay.Facing the issue since last 2/3 weeks .never faced any such issues prior to that. It Simple stop functioning! I was quite happy with the Fedmobile experience ever since they incorporated Fedbook and hassle free UPI Payment interface , to the point that I thinking to uninstall the imobile app( which has been my staple app for fund transfer over the years ).Hope u guys live upto the expection!

Hello, the app was working great till a few days ago! From last 1 week, I am trying to pay my credit card bill using the app and it's taking all the details but when I am trying to enter IFSC code, the app is getting hanged and automatically closed! I have tried many times, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and tried but failed miserably to pay my credit card bill! SO KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS AND SOLVE THIS ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST.

Its a good app for banking! I have just had upi payment issues, though rare and was helped at the earliest! The app should get dark mode features as the app is not so very easy to use it in light mode as its bright, its kind of a hassle to use it in the dark night times which affects the users interface with the app! A dark mode on the next update would be beneficial for a lot of users like me! Other than that the app is top notch and a easy user interface! No bugs. Kudos to the developer! 😊👐

The new app is a nightmare for NRI users, it needs the SIM card to activate the fed mobile app and most of the NRI doesn't have their bank related card in the phone and there is no way around it ,in the old app I was able to use it without sending sms from my card but now it's a mandatory step, rubbish system when you dont live in India, I don't recommend this app neither the bank anymore.

I have been using this app for more than 1 year and have not had any problems. Don't know if others have experienced this problem but after the last update i am unable to login. While i try to login, it says "Alert - We cannot give access to FedMobile as we detect a mobile remote support tool on your device." I have deleted some of the apps that had permissions for financial transactions but the problem persists. Please help.

I have taken rupay signet credit card. I tried to pay back some amount through this app. The credit card option was not loading throughout the day and I could not make payment. Because of their useless app, I had to pay over limit charge and its tax. It will always show technical issues when I am trying to check the credit card transaction history.

Horrible app. It just does not allow to switch to Transaction mode. Keeps on saying to contact the branch without even verifying debit card / internet banking credentials. It's an 'E or S' account. KYC had been done in Dec.'21 At my age why should I keep on running to the branch without any reason. .

Been using this app for more than two years. After poor performance in the start, the app was functioning extremely well till last week. Now the app is again back to previous condition where user cannot get any transaction details and all. It shows technical error 9 out of 10 times for the past 1 week

The app is so pretty! One of the best banking apps I've ever seen. BUG REPORT: If the network connection temporarily loss inbetween a transaction the app shows a "Failed" message, later keep showing "Qued" even after refreshing. (Happened to me in KSEB payment and made some confusion and chaos, imk). FEATURE REQUEST: NFC should be supported, need lifetime transaction available in the FedBook section. Also consider making this app more disable-friendly. (Indian apps are behind in this matter!!).

Updates found. But renameing of our transaction for giving narration was not yet enabled in the latest version too, which makes it very difficult to note down the same in another place, kindly enable the same which was already there in the old app. why fedbook was stopped? the fedbook in fedmobile have no facility to rename the transaction as we wish to identify it with proper narration. please comeup with that option or allow connection to the old fedbook users.

I would like to use this app on a phone that doesn't have the sim that is linked with my account. Unfortunately, the app requires the sim to be in same phone where the app is installed. It would be very convenient if you could allow the app to be used on other devices which doesn't have the sim. Now I need to use fednet for even a small transaction.

Not at all user friendly. Always find some issues while operating. Currently I am not able to enter amount it always starts with "s." because of that I am not able to do any transaction, need to use other app. Even I tried re installing still doesn't solve problem.

With this app there is a miscommunication. What was my closing balance after each transaction, it should show in detail of each transaction. In older version it was available, bt now we are in dark and have to do big calculation to know what was closing balance of that particular transaction.

Worst Banking App Ever! I remeber this app working fine, years back but after the major UI update it's all went haywire. From login using MPIN to check balance to view account statement, everything is so slow. Sometimes just loading icon displays and shows "something went wrong" error toast. I am using other banks app, they don't give any such experience. So please fix the bugs and make the app useful again. PS: Don't reply to clear cache or try re-install the app, I've already tried that.

Worst update probably. Not able to transfer money. Every beneficiary that I select for transferring money, it says the account can't be retrieved. I've tried deleting the account and adding it back again and yet it shows the same message. No way, I can figure that out. Planning to shift my salary account out of this mess.

I lost some of my money by using this app. Whenever I transfer my money to anyone sometimes it is show that your money has been failed. Then I do again. At that time my money is transferred. After some days, I checked my status. At that time I shocked because my failed transferred money has been also transferred. What can I do. This is happened so many times. I can't believe in your app. Sorry. Very poor app. I also used so many other upi translation app . But I didn't face such a problem.

After 6.4 I can't even open the application. Had a terrible experience with customer care as they also didn't know what was happening. When reinstalled it is now not authenticating my device and it's showing internal server error.
