A winner of Special Award from National Payment Corporation of India ,SCAN N PAY is an innovative mobile based Payment app facilitating payments at merchant outlets & ecommerce websites, enabled with fund transfer facility. This app acts like a virtual debit card that can be used online or offline. The initial offer is for Federal Bank Customers only (The facility will be extended to select other-bank customers very soon). SCAN N PAY can be registered by resident mobile banking users only.

This is worst application from Federal bank, I made fund transfer through this application amount debited from my account but till the time merchant not received. Bank don't have any idea about my money. In my personal experience please don't download and trust this application. I never expected from Federal bank.
Thanks guys for providing such an excellent app. And congrats for receiving award from npci.... I think it'd be more useful if you can add receive option for other banks also. I tried with SBI account and I could see only pay option and no receiving option.... Kindly add it

i tried to make online bill payment using this twice both the time amount debited from my bnk but the result of the transaction was failure saying transaction not authorized
No security code!!!!!!!!!!! For this app no security app lock code or password. So we cant lock the app. So uninstalled.

Only takes 12 digits for mobile input..I'm from gulf not able to feed my number which is registered with fed bank
Its really a nice app and the recent update where in other bank customers can also send and receive payments have made it even better.
I got it updated after that since 3 months its saying activation is pending...oh!!

I was register successfully with help of federal bank customer care support. Great customer service by them. But one thing In my native place no body using this technology. But it remains a very good development of banking. Hat off federal bank.

Awesome app. It helps fund transfer in a flash. Now I don't have to carry my debit card and no need to worry about someone stealing the magnetic data. It also helps to transfer funds to my loved ones.
