Well....When it really matters, (At least when I am most concerned) all the technology and other channels seem to fail as far as communication goes. The drivers are awesome and really hustle. However, I have found the website, and now the app, to be very much a "Customer No Service" inconvenience! It has a place to click for signature, but it won't let you do anything after that. Call and try to get help, everyone is friendly, but not much help past that. Sorry, but that is my experience.

honestly I set it for the app is easy but it's not a stellar experience for example finding like the estimated delivery time on a package sometimes just doesn't show up at all but it works and it tells you what's being tracked once you enter it that's all that really matters to me at the moment

Errors out, usually near the end. Gives message says it "can't complete the task, try back in a few minutes". Sometimes it just kicks you back to the beginning after entering credit card info. Very cumbersome, awkward and unreliable.

Do not sign up if you want delivery instructions it is a waste of time. Every package was delivered incorrectly. Customer service said the drivers don't always see the directions. I have an UPS account and their driver's always deliver correctly. But, FedEx also contracts a lot of work out. The truck may say FedEx but, might be independent contractor.

Excellent app which provides all the info you need about your packages and delivery information. Also, FedEx Customer Service, if there is an issue is exceptional. I never wait more than 3-4 minutes to speak to a live representative and even their automated service is very helpful. All around, great service and app. Well done to all involved.

My problem is more with FedEx as a service than the app itself. For two days in a row the delivery person didn't even bother attempting to deliver the overnight express package I had coming. I was home both times. Saw them pull up and before I could make it to the front door (my bedroom is on a third floor) they'd simply slapped a door tag on my mailbox and pulled off before I could catch them. Customer service wasn't any help, basically told me to pickup my own package from the ship center.

Terrible app, terrible service. Hands down the least reliable currier on the planet. Package delayed following package delayed following package delay. This app only serves to accentuate FedEx's tardiness on every package. They haven't delivered on-time in years.

I got an error saying my account number was invalid, without giving me any path to change it/fix it. Turns out my credit card was expired or missing. Fair enough, but why can't the app just say that? Finally figured it out without any help from the FedEx website. I live by a dropoff site so I thought this would be a help, but I could've driven to the FedEx in the next town over in the time it took. Insult to injury, the app asked for feedback, I told this story, the app crashed/didn't send it...

This app is literally always wrong. I've never gotten a package when its supposed to be delivered. I don't know if it's something with the app or if FedEx is just awful, but I recommend using a different delivery service.

This app is a complete waste. I've been expecting a package for the past 3 days. But, because my signature was required for this package, it was not left at my residence and I understand that completely. But, the communication between FedEx through this app is very very vague in how I could retrieve my package. Every time I would try to "take control of my order" through the app, it would go back to the same page I had previously been on. NO other options were presented on how my package could be obtained. I was told there may be a door tag left at the residence. Sounds pretty iffy to me. Bottom line the level of communication was terrible to solutions to my issue.

DO NOT USE FEDEX! Bought something through Best Buy and they said that it will be delivered at the end of the day. Apparently the end of the day means 11 AM for FedEx when everyone is at work or school. Also, you need to make a account to manage deliveries and change times. BUT WAIT, YOU HAVE TO VERIFY YOUR ADDRESS THROUGH A CODE THEY SEND THROUGH THE MAIL. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I've used USPS before and that was a better experience than what I had with FedEx.

FedEx Dilivery Manager does not work. I have reported this issue since 2021. I installed to provide instructions to hold my package, and/or use functions of delivery manager. I have spent many hours with many agents reporting the issue. Each time it ends with a tech agent saying "we are aware of the issue. Don't use our app, use the web page". What kind of company knowingly does not fix glitches in their app for over a year? Do they regard credit card info the same way? Not recommended!
