Ever since the latest update I haven't been able to open the app! I keep getting an error message. It's so frustrating that I've uninstalled the app. It took way too long for the credit union to catch up to the other banking apps. What a shame.
No option to reset password/login once the finger print feature stops working. Just a "contact us" message. I like seeing my balance or transferring funds without calling the phone number and having to put the correct amount of zeros in.
Multiple times this app has stopped working. This of course triggers panic that I have suffered identity theft. When this happens I have found that I also can't log in via the website; causeing undo stress and anxiety that can easily be rectified by FECCA simply notifying customers of updates and problems via automated emails or phone calls. Why has this not occurred to FECCA??
Not sure why, but this and some other apps are extremely finicky with fingerprint login. Phone unlock, and certain other apps never have a problem, but FECCA app usually rejects fingerprint several times in a row, claiming sensor is dirty. Manual login 50% of the time. Generally a good app, and I count on using it for banking again. Thanks!
Need to fix this app. I have to uninstall and reinstall several times a week because it gets stuck on sign in page and won't bring up where I can login. Once you get in it is fine.
For over a month,, not sure how long, it wiill not work at all, no matter how many times I Uninstall and reinstall. VERY frustrating since we work much longer hours than the credit union and cannot get there.
All I get when trying to open the app is a message that an unexpected error was encountered. I've tried Uninstalling and reinstalling but doesn't help.
Pretty good app. Two complaints. Limited to two check deposits online per day. We have no branches in my state so that makes no sense. Number 2, pretty low limit for the amount of check to deposit online. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the app.
I cannot view checks cashed along with other things, they changed the app. it used to be great, I was able to view every transaction. I'm not able to do that anymore with this app.
App will not work!!!!!!! I have deleted and installed 3 times.. still the old app......... I am more than frustrated Since I have opened this account 6 plus months ago it has been a VERY BIGG INCONVENIENCE...
First time to actually use the app. Will not open. I don't have it installed anywhere else. I removed it. Installed again. Doesn't work. Fedex a billion dollar company. This is the best you can offer your employees..
Can't open the app or log in anymore. Keeps saying unexpected error. If I can get past that, it takes forever to log in and tells me unexpected error again.
I think the app is very good, in reading the reviews I noticed a young lady by the name of Victoria Jones was having the same problem I was having and I just wanted to know if she found a way to correct it. But overall I have had great experience with the app, no complaints.
It was working fine until the other day. I tried to log in and before the log in screen came up, a message came across my screen that said warning forbidden. Im confused as to why and i cant get any help.
I have not been able to login to the ap for months. I have uninstalled/reinstalled it several times and it still does not work

I opened a share savings acc asap. I was never able to set up rex. I never received a debit card. Whatever money I had automatically deposited from my payroll is still there. I have no access to it.
Horrible. Won't open, I tried uninstalling. Been a week since I was able to access my account. May need to change to a local bank!
Please hire better app developers. The UI and features are minimal, clunky and visually unappealing. There's no reason a mobile banking app should be this bare bones.
Never can log in....i'm done. Multiple times on phone to reset password then proofpoint sends a password same one to reset doesnt work again....get a decent App developer guys. Will ho elsewhere if i cant log on to my own account!
This app worked fine for a while and now I cannot log in. It continuously says that there is an error.
Currently cannot sign in. The app keeps crashing before it even is able to load the login screen.

I'm not the type to leave reviews all the time but these services has to be the worst I have come across. They are literally the bottom. The app don't work properly and when you call BOTH numbers to try to get simple service to check my balance, then I get a busy tone. Memphis is so trash and their businesses is trash. People don't know what providing great service look like anymore. The end....
