It barely functions. You cannot see the file selection to pick which file to print. You only see the photo after selecting the file name. You cannot go back without having to navigate back through the directory tree. It doesnt save your credit card cvcc so you have to re-enter with each order. With such a big operation, the software is like an untested product ... Or a government app.

The overall design is good and logical to use. However, this app has lots of bugs and oddities. For example, you cant sort or search to find print jobs from your device. Its auto sorted by filename which is bizarre. Also, lots of failed attempts uploading from device... app says starting... had to force stop several times to eventually get it to work. 3 stars as I got it to work eventually. I didn't expect this

Nice app, nice experience. It was an easy process, to download the app, create an account and start a simple print order. There were definitely lots of little UI issues throughout, and a disappointing lack of integration with things like autofill, google pay and more. But overall, very well done.

This app is easy to use. Make sure you scroll through the options of color copy/b&w, paper weight and paper color (standard white). Once you submit your order you'll receive an order confirmation email letting you know when you can pick up your order (that is if you chose pick up over having it shipped to you). This app saves me a lot of time.

Love this app! My printer is a must have when it comes to my small business shipping needs, but let's face it at times I run out of paper, ink, etc; Thanks to FedEx Office I no longer have to worry about late or missed shipping deadlines. Order online, Print it, pick it up. Easy! Many print options are available. I definitely recommend it.

This app is very flakey. I tried to print a document from Dropbox, Drive and the app crashed everytime. I then tried printing from the download drive on my phone and it worked until I started selecting bind type, cover page and the app would repeat the same message, "Fatal Error". I restarted the app and tried printing from download folder and it finally worked.

It took way too long to place one online order and edit after placing orders in the cart. Room for improvement and showing user easier navigable screens or drop down elements. It felt like I got stuck in each new window in the app and couldn't get back or move forward in finalizing the print order.

Worst application ever! This application always has issues. You will need the patience of a God to deal with the glitchy temperament of this app. It loads for 4 min just to load the home screen. It loads 4 min just to open up your list of files. It loads for another 10 min just to upload my 1 page black and white letter size paper. It takes 10 more min to change from color to black and white setting. It takes another 5 min to place in my shopping cart just in time for my session to time out have

Overall the app works. When establishing an account it does not verify your address, no way to use PayPal, very insistent on saving my credit card, and had 3 "fatal" errors while setting up an account, printing one page, and paying for it. Kind of works but still has problems, you need to be persistent and keep trying?

Great when it works, which isn't very often. Lately every time I use it I keep getting an error message "we're sorry but a problem has occurred with your session. Please restart your order." I have uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, even restarted my phone and get the same message.

It's not pretty or fun to work, but the app does what it's meant to do- to order prints. All of our products have been perfect except for two, but they sent us the messed up prints PLUS corrected versions both times. Love the company and product, not too in love with this app.

I went and printed at my local library because of how atrocious this app is. Can't multi-select files, and after each file you have to re change your printing preferences such as paper type and color. If you have more than two things to print, good luck!

Very easy to use with precise detail options but the app closes out every single time and loses my progress every other time. Edit: Glitches have become a norm with this app. Until I can get my printer working it'll have to suffice.

App crashes every time I try to select Dropbox, Box, or Google drive to retrieve a file to print. Local files are fine, but I don't keep my documents stored on my phone. Who does?

I downloaded this app for one reason, to print from Google Drive. Every time i select Google Drive, the app crashes. It might work for you for other things but it is totally useless for me.

Terrible app. Very poorly laid out Very slow. Wont load most file types (at least not with my phone) Try opening files from email (like it suggest you to do) and the dumb app shuts its self down. Crashes! What a waste of time. This app and this review! Ridiculous!

This app takes too long to download documents. And it keeps shutting down in the middle of a document download. Everything you do in the app a message appears that says PLEASE WAIT for a long period of time. The app is unreliable.

It's very easy to use. The only part that makes you think twice is when it's time to select photo. App does not give you a preview of the thimages so you better know the picture name before you start using the app.

it would be a great feature if it was possible to upload more than one page at the time, or at least that the app would take you to the same folder on your mobile device after having to download download each page of the document separately.

1st time using app. It's slow but I don't know if that's because of my wifi signal or the app. The convenience of the app outweighs the inconvenience of waiting a few extra seconds

Couldn't even manage to open up where my file was located to print, it kept crashing and force closing the app. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail, just not useful to me if it just takes up phone space.

Its okay to use when its not kicking me out of the app or acting like it cant open my documents so i can add what i need to the cart. I would give it 5 stars but as much as it acts like it cant open my one drive and turns a 10 minute job in to 12 hours, thats an issue.

This app isn't good. Tried for 20 min in a FedEx print store, standing in front of the stupid machine to get something simple printed. Frustrated, I went to Staples and in literally 3 min, I had my documents and was out the door. Thank you Staples.
