App will not allow me to log in. The key to sign in grays out the moment I begin typing. If I click the check boxes before trying to log in the sign in bog grays out. Even if I don't click the boxes and just type my username the box grays out. If I try to put in my password first the box grays out.

The app has improved immensely over its previous version. I have had no problems. Makes this painful process of debt management just a little nicer. Awesome job by the developers. My one wish was that they add a calculator of sorts to calculate how long it would take to pay off your loans with a given monthly payment. The only plans it shows are 10+ year repayment options. I'm paying a good bit over double my minimum every month and would love to track the progress in some more useful way.

I love how easy it is to pay my loan bill monthly. The only thing I would change is the ability to allocate payments to certain loans. Even after paying the minimum, the app won't let me pay extra and allocate the extra payment to certain loans. I have to log in on my laptop to do this. Otherwise, the app provides a nice, quick snapshot of my balance and let's me keep track of things pretty easily.

Overall helpful and easy to use. It could be improved by having larger font on log-in screen because old people like myself have trouble reading if I am typing the correct keys for the password (or have a "view password" option once you've typed it in- instead of keeping the password hidden). Would be nice to have a pay-off calculator in the "target specific loans" menu- to allow user to estimate new pay-off date for a loan with a high rate if you want to pay extra principle.

User friendly app - I particularly like that the dollar amount of interest accrued per day, is listed on the landing page. Also really like the infographic break down and details on how the payment was distributed between principal and interest on each loan. Minor request would be, more detail around the auto payments in the app. I had an additional amount I request to pay, on top of my monthly amount due (to cover interest) and I don't see those details on the app.

Everything about this app is way better than I was expecting. Generally the UI is very good and smooth. The experience is quite error free. My only complaint is that the boxes for the targeted loan payment amount could be made to look a bit more editable. Other than that this is the best loan/finance app I've used.

I've had this app for a few years now and up until the last few months it has worked fine with no issues. Unfortunately the last few months this app as well as the desktop site on the computer has not been working for me. Not sure if it's just me but now when I try to log in it tells me it is incorrect and makes me change my password. I have changed my password 5 times now and spoken with 2 people over the phone about this issue with no help because it does not show an issue on their end.

Wow I like the layout. I didn't realize they switched the MyFedLoan app to this other app. I like that you can still make targeted payments (which I'm noticing a lot of reviews are saying you can't. Just click "payment options" and you'll be able to select that you want to make targeted payments). I REALLY like that it shows how much interest is accruing daily. This app provides a lot of very useful information that helps me plan my loan payoffs even more effectively and efficiently.

this version is an improvement over the previous app but it still feels like a chore to navigate. it would be nice to also have a sorting option for the people with multiple loans. it takes a lot of time to find which loans i want to target when submitting a payment.

This app is annoying. I try to make a payment to all my loans and some how it randomly adjusts to skip one. When I call customer service, they say this is the best option for the payment to do what I want, but yet the payment gets applied however it wants at random times. And calling is just as frustrating because every time they act like it's so difficult to understand I want all my Loans paid correctly.

This app is completely useless and frustrating. I used it great for years and in the past year can't even log in on the app. Changed password, uninstalled and reinstalled and yet it keeps saying wrong info even though it works on computer. When I get logged on I begin making a payment it logs me out and the doesn't allow me to log back on.

Like some users, I was unable to log in to the app. I uninstalled it and downloaded it again. This fixed the problem. I can log in now, however, in the app I do not see an option to just make a payment to all loans when a payment is not due. It's either specific amounts to certain loans or payoff of all loans. The website works better for this.

Do not depend on app for letter notifications. When using computer do not use Chrome. Hope this helps.

Offers biometrics but doesn't actually let you use them and requires username and password instead for every login. Offers to save username but doesn't actually save it. Requires constant password changes making it impossible to login without compromising security by writing or saving login information. Regularly has nonfunctional sections of the app, after you've finally had your password reset and changed.

I like this app because it's user friendly. It gives you information icons you can click on if you don't understand something. The app breaks down your loans and tells you exactly what your percentage is for each loan, how much is left, & how much h interest you need to pay before you can apply the remaining funds to principal. (fter your payment is made of course.) I will add more once I go through more of the app.

I love the clear and simple layout with easy to access information. Overall, the app is easy to use. However, I'm having the same issue as other users where I try to make a payment on a targeted loan but when I get to step 3 of 5, I select the loan but then it won't let me push the confirm button so I can't continue any further, thus I can't make a payment. Please fix this issue.

Worked great for years then it quit working. I uninstalled it. Made sure it was uninstalled. Reinstalled it and now it finally is working again. It looks completely different as if it was updated. They need to add an update option for people having trouble opening it.

Well paying your student loans is never fun but at least this app makes it super easy! I don't mean to sound like an ad but I really like all the features I can look up about my loan like how its sectioned and I can refinance too right from the app. That's more than I can say for my energy or medical bills.

Smoother looking down grade. Being able to designate how I wanted my payment dispersed was the key feature I used the app for. Made it a lot easier than having to access the website and log in to do it. This is really upsetting. Please bring back this feature. The app is useless to me without it.

I actually think it's a great app. Not sure if the people here are complaining about the app or about their loans.. very modern and fast ui compared to the old one. All my previous banking information transferred over so i could easily make payments again. A good perk with this app is that i can now see more details on my loan installments and even my loan statements. Those features weren't available before

I can't login through the app anymore. I use the exact same info on my PC and was literally on my computer at the same time to make sure my info was correctly. Only option I can choose from is forgot pass or user, neither applies and I don't want to change it. I haven't been able to use the app in months

Does not update information. Have to go to the website for any updated emails and information. App is horrible limited information and accessibility features rhan main website.

I love being able to see all of my loans and just hit "pay". The only issue I have is that my automatic login consistently does not save. I forget this login a lot so I have to keep resetting the password. Otherwise, great app.

The modern design update has been a vast improvement. I initially thought the ability to pay off specific loans was difficult to find but then realized there is a banner on the main screen that directs you to it specifically.

This app is a great tool to help keep and stay on track with you payments. It also provides a lot of information if you have a question make sure you read through the Q&A facts first, its probably there! It's pretty easy and convenient to use, and I can change my payments or due date and update any information right from here, it's pretty quick and easy and no waiting and waiting for someone to answer your call! Also the app works perfectly fine with my android!! JS

Extremely easy app to use. Everything you need to know about your loan is at your fingertips. With little effort I'm able to decide how I want my loan to be applied, setup automatic payments, & even make changes to my account. I really appreciate that you made so many options readily available on this app! Thank you!

This app has made it very easy for me to target specific loans to pay off. I wish it would let you schedule out more payments or make them automatic while you're in school. I'm only able to schedule 2 to 3 months ahead which is kind of a drawback.

This is a very flawed app as well as the online payment options for FedLoan. They will "accept" your payment only to reject it later once the interest is capitalized and then notify you. They will try to scam your money with their flawed payment systems. You should only pay through the phone as this seems to be the only way that the payment will go through.

I am really enjoying the new green to black gradient for the background. Much easier on the eyes. The functionality of the app does what I need it to do and doesn't seem to hide any information on loans. It does a good job of providing information as in-app notifications.

Successful Updates! I get to see all my loan amounts (principal/interest), interest rates, inbox, payment options, and how payments are applied. This company is very supportive and communicative. I hope they continue to improve the online and app services.
