Absolutely horrible user experience. The most obviously annoying feature is that we cannot navigate back to the home page because if you click back twice it logs out. Even if you switch apps, it logs out. Then, there are features, for eg: opening a Demat account, which are not available through navigation information provided online. One can search for it through the menu but it leads to an unavailable webpage. There's no intuitive means to go back to the homepage. Logout and login only

Useless app and hard to use. It's not user friendly and there is no transaction summary in it. Also sometimes getting errors while doing transaction. Also please stop the sms verification on fedmobile app. All the new security features added are annoying.

The app overall is fine but there are many bugs. For instance I use Realme C3 phone and when try to transfer money via Wifi it shows poor wifi even with 20Mbps speed(this happens everytime I check). That is a serious bug and I had to mobile data. Please look into this issue .Otherwise the experience was fine..:)

Not able to register in net banking. Tried many times entering password with all the conditions mentioned. But showing invalid password. Really irritating when in need of emergency.

Useless app, it shows my number is not registered and locked my user name, while trying to do the unlocking, it gives an error that mobile number is not registered... It's good to understand that Federal bank is creating security supports by introducing new features.... But please when you do such experiments... do keep your customers updated in advance It's not just problem with this app but also the fednet website too... Tha ks

Applied for mobile number change ages ago. Still waiting to get it changed. The app shows mobile number can be changed very quickly and on offline. It's been days waiting it to be changed to add a beneficiary and to make a transaction. I'm using a bank app in Europe which is very handy. A bank app should be handy and easy to handle. Though it shows so many security guard, screen shots can be taken easily 🤣

This app is turning out to be of no use. As it does not perform basic functions. It gets too much errors each time we perform anything. "Oops timed out" is the main message it is showing. Better remove this application and make a new one or atleast update it before customers get annoyed and leave this bank

Very bad app.. There is no option to view the latest transactions happened and done in the account.. Like any other bank apps have... They should improve their app.. So the customers can check when their account was credited and debited.. I have baroda account which is so easy to check transactions through the app..

The app is stuck from the first time I used. Have contacted customer service many times. Each time a suggestion is given by them and then no folllowup. There is no response to mail also. Very poor customer care. After 1 week of installation till now I'm not able to use it.

This app is not working with Android 10 version, once open the app its shows that weak wifi detected...unbelievable...I am using 100mps speed..its working with data ... Clear the issue at the earliest. Thanks

I tried to apply for a credit card. But this app has so much bugs. Many of the form are mandatory and its unclickable. Cant verify otp in that form also. Please fix it and make easier for federal bank customers. It is same like in the website.

NEFT failed. Confusing with so many apps for Federal bank. The interface for this one looks good but transaction did not go through. Federal bank needs to learn a few things from other private sector banks. Operating the app should be easy for the customer and not cumbersome under the pretext of increased security. I managed to make the same transaction through the fedmobile app.

First(may be last) worst banking app. This app has some bugs. My phone gets stopped suddenly and showed this app related bug issues. That log can not be downloaded otherwise I would forward to you also. Many times I faced this issue earlier as well. Please do proper testing before this kind of app releasing. Also I noticed that instead of this app installed already to my phone it says again to Install in play store.

I forgot my used ID and when I clicked on forgot user ID and fill all the details the app shows kindly check the details. It changes itself and then ask me to check. Worst app !

Too bad aaplication. Mobile number is already registered and now a days when login it showing my mobile number is not registerd. Here also lot of people facing the same issue. So please provide a good solution for this issue. Otherwise please remove this application permanently from google store.

Well it's an simple app but got some glitches. Main issue is error showing as "weak wifi detected" while I'm on wifi, same time no issue when I use mobile network. I'm using OnePlus with android 10. Dev Please look into this matter, thanks!!

This App is not working over WiFi in Samsung S9+. Only works over the mobile internet.. Complained FEDNET long back.. got a reply that they are working on it.. but nothing released yet.. last update was in 2017! ... Seems no one cares.

Very bad experience fednet application.please remove this application.i will sent that money is not credited in other account.this amount is refunded my account 2days after.your customer care representative is not answering my call I will try more than 10times but it's not answering.we have lot of banks in India before your application is very good service.now it's very bad experience.

I am 10 years your customer now I lost my old fednet then I am updated new app it's very bad app , soo complicated. Your old app very easy to using Now this world don't have time wasting with your service complication .any function we will activate that time showing error. After in case any one contact to customer service that also very delay 👎👎👎

While I try to recover my fednet account, it shows to enter registered mobile number with country code. But when adding +91 it shows only numbers are applicable, when I give 10 digit number, it's showing a message to check with the details entered. And when I give 91 and 10 digt number it is showing login details are sent to registered mobile number but I didn't receive any message.

First of all, why does Federal bank have multiple apps. Bank should look at consolidating the services into a single app. While doing so, the bank has to put effort to make the UI more intuitive. WRT usability, the app performs really well and and provides proper user feedback.

Very poor and difficult to use. Missing too many items and services in this app. I regularly use axis, hdfc, icici and SBI application as well as federal. All the applications other than Federal bank are very nice and user friendly. I am thinking to close my account from federal bank because of it's application.

For Netbanking, to change password, ATM pin is mandatory. For NRI's, this doesn't work. Once new card is received, we have to change PIN in India. There is no alternative way for changing online password except ATM pin. What a dumb system. Can someone please help.

Such a waste of time. When i create a user id and password its showing that invalid. Tried every words,numbers in the universe for create user id and passwords still showing invalid. I think you guys suggest me a better id and password.

Worst app to use for banking. The app interface is not designed for customer use its a total mess. I downloaded the app to activate my online transaction and the app takes me to someother window of password reset.

Just converted the fednet web app to apk. No download feature and no upload feature. Complete worst. I need a better app for viewing my statements with features of adding remarks, categorisation etc

Actually this app is utter worst. I tried to start a net banking... But unfortunately when I entered my mobile they showed invalid. Later few seconds, i got OTP. I called federal Bank 24 service many times. But still I can't start net banking. Never download this app.... totally waste

What sort of time wasting app is this? I cannot reset password without ATM number & Pin!?! And if I select without ATM card option, it is saying there is a valid ATM card available as per my profile. My ATM card got expired, bank issued new one and is with them as I am in UAE and cannot collect, so what does the bank think NRI customers are supposed to do? Travel to India to collect ATM card & activate it inorder to reset this app password? This is stupidity at its peak!!

Very wrost application, am already reg fed net ,after two days did not login ,after forgot password ,user id.but couldnot changed ,same shows, very very very bad service and applications for compared to another applications. so please change this much issues. 🙏🙏
