Good app. But i think some help or tutorials should be there. Also there is difficulty in importing Students data. I will suggest that discount option be made part of fee structure. because we are tend to give variable discounts to the students. whereas discount here is as a seperate product. The app is more suitable for tution and coaching centers having class system. For individual tutions i dont see options, which i require. Salary should be auto fetched with employee name.
It's the best fee management app. When sending the Receipt to the parents, it sends only the payment amount. I request you to add feature of also send them Balance Fees due in the same receipt. And I'm not able to login online on my laptop. Is says Scan QR code from the mobile app. But there's no option of QR code scanner on the mobile app dashboard
Very good app, now there's no need to maintain a record of the students in copy or register. We can keep students record such as monthly fees, balance fees and attendence etc. But if you provide income and expenses catogary without paying for 50 students, it Will be good. Overall it is a very good app. Really I like it.
Hi Just subscribed your app now for a month with 1000 students. Should I add every students one by one? Is there any option to import students details directly. There are hundreds of students. It's very difficult to add one by one. Please add an option to import students details from an Excel sheet Thank you!
I have subscribed with Rs. 100 for a month for 100 students as per their plan yet they are not letting me add students after 50, which is completely wrong. They have not replied to my mail for 10 days almost which is again really bad professionalism.
When we edit a paid fee detail, the old detail gets grayed out and New one shows up above it in white. isn't there an option to complelety erase that greyed out detail? The provided Email doesn't work either...
Excellent app... It's got all the features required... I'd like one feature added though - hourly rates, because I charge some students hourly...
It is not easy to handle but it's very use ful when you know whole the features but I want some more features with easy way
App has no automatic fee generation and reminder option plz add this feature. And also consider in basic plan no. Of students to be increased to 100 instead of 50. Also consider for specifying months name in reminder or receipt messages.
Lost my entire 4 months data after the recent update. It keeps crashing after that. I lost the records of last 4 damn months. Thank you for this terrible update
This apps is very fine. If the attendence of students of various classes is different classes then it will be excellent.
Mindblowing fee manager app. Add first of all one thing in this app that is fee changeable option. Because fee of all students are not same and add option of advance fee or at end of the month . 2nd thing add option in information of students joining date of students. 3rd add attendance option(present/ leave/ absent) of students.
Dear Developer, I found this app very useful. I am using trial version and unable to find the option for receipt generation.please help me for the same.
There is no user guide to use this app. Feeling very difficulty in enter data of students. No easy method and no easy to use
It's a very useful aap just have some bugs Filter, report generation, these things doesn't work Suggestions Should add expenses too so that we can even have an idea of the profit done Just don't change anything update whats not included And most important should sync with gmail account its not reliable until that
Very handy App for an Institute. Salute for the endeavour. I have a suggestion. -In FEE ALLOTMENT to Students, please give option to allot MULTIPLE FEES collected from a student.
Best App For All...No Adds at All...But Please Add A Sorting Option By which we can sort student data that whose fees date are near line wise data should be there for main page....
I cancelled the subscription due to irresponsible customer service. I lost two months subscription money. One of the worst app I ever used in my career.
Good app. There are certain issues that I am facing. I contacted via whatsapp number given . Its been months Got no reply.
Usage of this app is not clear. Once a mistake is made, option to edit is not there.No assistance is provided. Fee Allotment is not possible.
Dont have search Button to identify studsnt who paid fee. We are manually searching for the name
Intergrate it with payroll and automate tge attendance option sort of linking it to bimetric device that clearly indicate the time in and time out same be interconnected to payroll for calculation of overtime and surcharge for late commers.Thanks
All the features are good but there is some features must b included 1. In attendence mood calling the absent students should be present. 2. Fee intimation for fee defaulters must b included. 3. Addition of fee record option should be included in front of each student name .
App is very amazing sir but when I open employees option app always stop working otherwise other features are very amazing and if attendence percentage is also there it will become more beneficial
When I paid any student fees it's not updated in cash flow chart or monthly income, and the student data section is very slow.
I cant log in .When I try to log in a box appeared as ( an unknown error occured).kindly help me to solve this issue
Good app, but pls we are unable to include new payment for each section. Also include home icon on the side bar.
I think this app is great ,but im having trouble using it as when i try to add a student it closes.
The app is an actual treat to work with. However, here is some honest feedback. 1. It is almost impossible to get through to the support personnel. I have tried whatsapp and the email address and not an acknowledgement upto date! That is very unprofessional. 2. It us very hard to delete information. The actual deletion is possible but once the deletion is done the entire app crashes upon running certain reports etc. 3. No help system available!
