Convenient and fast, although it needs some improvements. 18 months after my previous review and subsequent response, the app is still too slow and lagging. And yes, I've tried it on at least 4 different phone types.
i can not see closing and opening time on restaurants. what if i want to order at 11pm. i come on app at 11 and find the place closed. furthermore, when sort by restaurant rating then make order and exit the app, i return on app later, and press on sort by rating again. it should be saved. everytime i get on the app, i have to press "sort". settings should be saved. saves me time.
I use Samsung S20 and the app is Slow as. . . . . 🐌 when I scroll, it takes 2mins to move a frame, and before I get to the menu and order, I have already lost my appetite. Whatever bug this is, it needs to be fixed, I made a complaint a month ago, and nothing has been done. It's been more than 3months now, app slow 🐌, 👎, not fixed. Why?
good app really knows the requirements from menus notifying when order is taken which reataurants are open in addition saves your data if you really liked the dish keep it up guys i would request a mini map system to know how far the food is and the time it will take for the food to arrive
I regret updating this app so much. Today I decided to update it and now it is SO slow. I literally cannot do anything. I cannot scroll, pressing the restaurants or the addresses is such a struggle! Please have another update where this can be smooth again. It's a nightmare
Use it all the time. I like being able to see the food i'm ordering and properly rate it too. Also the help center is fast and very helpful. Great app.
Very slow and laggy as if its a 0.5hz screen EDIT: After the developer's reply, I've reinstalled and it runs alot smoother! Highly recommended.
If you order from this app you are by your own, The costmer service is the worst and unprofessional with unclear and no help response, i ordered food from X restaurant and I found hair in it I informed the live support and sending an image of it there respond was "sorry this will not happen again" this is so un professional they should have an action twords the restaurant.
very slow and laggy on modern phones, and i think that you are a company who doesn't care about its customers, this problem had been reported many times for so long, yet you didn't do anything.
This app is amazing. Though I did not use the chat feature, there was no need because majority of foods had images and the restaurants delievered their foods on time
Your food search function is waaay too slow that it gives me a timeout saying me to check my connection. Test by searching "chicken". . Edit: Still the same as of now :(
This app is straight to the point and gets the job done, no long journey, just place your order and that's it.
app is total uselful for the users who does not have call credit or undecided ones becuase there is plenty of restaurant with their menus and ingredient options.

This app is great. As far as we English speakers are concerned, it's definitely better than your competition. Buuuuut the only thing they're beating you on is working hours. Factor in your working hours and some of us can plan ahead. Then it'll be perfect. Edit: by working hours I mean the working hours of the individual restaurants. It would be great if we knew when they close and open

Make it mandatory for all restaurants to put pictures of all food. Sometimes they deceive.

80% of the time your reviews for restaurants can't be submitted because of some technical application problem, so you can never express how bad that last meal was sometimes. Most restaurant menus lack pictures or in some cases, actual pictures.. but I dont know if that's related to the restaurant themselves or the application management. Other than that, great app.
