Free, open-source and easy import/export makes keeping all my devices synced (via dropbox, syncthing, etc) as easy as pushing two buttons. Wean yourself off news some corporation feeds you via algorithm, and decide what to learn/enjoy for yourself, with Feeder!
Two weird things that are related. 1. Would be nice to see how long the article is. Word count/paragraphs/something. 2. No scrollbar or indication of where you are in the file/page. Otherwise, the perfect app. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Congrats the app is improving. Suggestions: A) Rss search result displays feeds' readers/subscribers count & clickable feeds preview before adding feed. B) Back button opens drawer instead of exit app. C) Exit article view after clicking "Mark as unread". D) Option to save/star article to read it later. E) Full text retrieval option for feed groups. Thank you!
Works really well so far!! The only thing I'd like to see is maybe a Font Scale option for the built-in Reader. Thanks for making it!
Almost perfect and getting better with every update. I wish to see a more polished and readable typography as well as a more consistent theming. Colors are partially broken.
The best privacy policy + all the basic RSS reader features. Don't overthink it - download today!
Overall amazing app, The only problem I have is the UI. (No 1) I cant edit Multiple Webs Simultaneously (changing folders etc). (No 2) I request Devs to add Magazine Layout for feed just like feedly, currently we have the images stacked to the right side in a very small portion of space which makes those images kind of useless because thats not even helpful to the user. (No 3) The webs dont have any icons next to their names.
Best rss feed reader u can get on Android, free, open source, ad free, registration free
:) This app is very good and green. It is ad-free, which is hardly expected in such a needful and nice app. Thank You for that. # It would be much better if it also works for searching a feed just after typing some key words only. Now, the entire URL is to be found out from somewhere else and then to be added here for the feed updates. But, Still Happy with it whatever it has.
Has the potential to be a great app but currently has a few major drawbacks: it's difficult to tell the difference between read and unread items when the only difference is the bolded title, you can't organise feeds into separate groups, and the add feed interface is just terrible, first accepting only the keyboard submit button after entering the url then hiding the add feed button at the bottom of a tiny scroll box.
Need Search Functionality at the top, to search a feed. That is why I rated with 1 🌟 less
This is the best free RSS reader I've used on Android. I really appreciate that the first few lines of the article are shown - not just the heading. It would be great if it was possible to adjust the app colours a bit though - in dark mode I find the dark grey on black hard to read.
Love foss. No ads, has notifications, is fast and snappy. Note that adding feeds is a little confusing at first. The entry box has an invisible scrollbar and the 'add feed' button is at the bottom. Drag up on the right edge of the entry settings box.
I like the app. It does almost everything that I want. The items that I wish it would have is date AND time for each entry and a way to have all the entries in a single column instead of two columns. Thanks for an otherwise useful app.
customize swipe options, add a feature to notify user based on keyword. dark mode turns everything unreadable (redmi)
Excellent. This is exactly what I want and only what I want.
Now works fine...no more crashes. The bookmark or read it later feature would be highly appreciated if it could be added in the future. Also filters would be great, for instance, when I want to read only feeds about windows 11. Keep up the awesome work devs
good all arround except for how badly renders some feeds and the terrible, terrible bold letters that makes one of the worst experience I've had reading anything. Please put an option to choose fonts and types (something like courier prime would be a plus). thanks
It's great in every aspect. Just a few features I would request: 1. Tagging favourite for certain articles 2. Automatic removal of read feeds after a certain time. 3. Font size adjustment. Thank you!
I like what you are trying to do. It would be nice if you can add a search for available feeds based on "topics". Even nicer would be the availability of a preview of each found feed, which includes dates of the latest posts, before we choose to add each feed source.
App is very fast and without adds. But it will be better if some improvements are made, such as images and font size made more bigger in list view and offline auto download of images and full text.
The best RSS reader that I have used. I used to get duplicates after importing OPML file, but the developer pinpointed the issue that it was caused due to http urls. I replaced the urls to https using notepad, now it is fixed.
I installed it over Fdroid and that's the best thing I did, a software I would absolute pay for, it's insane what you can do there, the dev seems really serious about what he does 💕
Deleted Feedly after installing this ! The UI is better than it looks in the screenshots. App is very fast and responsive. All the articles can be read inside the app. 10/10
I accidentally encountered this RSS reader but all I can say now that I was lucky. It is lightweight. No bloatware, No issues while fetching the feeds.. Works great on 8.1,9,10.
Great app! Clutter-free and ad-free! I have only one request to the dev, I am not able to see images on the feedlist. Could you please include this feature.
Great RSS reader. Very few exist today that are worth installing. Only one complaint however. I have been a long time user of Palabre (no longer actively developed), which had a nifty feature. If I search for a feed by just entering say "BBC", it would automatically show all RSS feeds from BBC with a brief description, from where I could choose the right one. Please consider this feature. It is cumbersome to manually enter the feed url, which involves searching for it separately in a browser.
