Feedmesh
Feedmesh is built for busy people who want to glance through stories and dig in when they see something that interests them. If you’re like us, you want to scroll down one page and see what you missed in the past few hours across all your feeds, and that’s it. There aren’t a lot of moving parts on the front end and that’s by design to accomplish that goal.
Feedmesh is powered by RSS and is an open system. You can add any, and as many, RSS feeds as you want, or search for something based on keywords or topics if you don't know the URL of the RSS feed you want to add. We also allow you to import your RSS feeds from another service via our website.
With Feedmesh, we are hoping to fill the gap left by RSS readers of days gone by, where users demand simplicity and an easily understandable visual experience.
Additions and updates planned for future releases include:
- Offline access to articles and ability to schedule synchronization of offline content
- Option to save articles for reading later
- Option to download images and fetch full-text only when connected to wifi
- An overall darker theme option

Loses the categories I had my feeds in from previous RSS app. Can't re-categorize existing feeds. Categorizing only works with newly added feeds. Constantly crashes for no reason. App has also been abandoned by the developer.
Actually loads images from my rss, has a dark mode, but no widget for home screen and no way to customize layout of articles, it's just a side scroll.
Great replacement for the news aggregation app called Pulse, that *Linkedin* bought and then trashed. Great design, easy to use and setup. Thanks
Under appreciated. I found a 5 year old forum about the old pulse news app alternatives with a link to this app and I couldn't be happier.
Wow, it's good compared to other similar apps. Yet it needs some improvements, it should suggest new feeds based on area and user interest.
excellent uncomplicated news feeder, which DOESN'T try to do my thinking for me. Lately is marking some articles as read before I get to them!? Please fix.
Sources lined up vertically with each getting its own horizontal line for articles within. Extremely useful for making your own decision over what is valuable.
Love it love it love it. I used Pulse from when it first came out to before linked in ruined it. I never thought is find something the same till i read a 4 year old thread about this.
Wonder if there will be future updates. Great app. Been using it since Pulse was nerfed by LinkedIn.

Why do I have to signup? Its an rss feed app. This is unnecessary.
I would give it 5 stars if they listed more than one conservative news source from the "popular" sources list...there are dozens available, what gives with the sensorship?

Sadly with a lack of app updates, more and more RSS feeds aren't being recognized by Feedmesh. Some officially supported feeds don't work, and with no direct ability to manually put in an RSS feed if one is already found that's similar to what you want, this app is less and less operational. It's sad because it was such an awesome replacement for the old Pulse type layout RSS feed app, but without updates it will continue to slowly fade into obsolescence.
The best newsreader since Taptu. Let's you quickly view many sources at once without having to flip through inane cards
If you see the display issue where you can only see 3.5 lines of the article headline, it's because your system font size is set larger than Medium.
Not much to say. Fills the void LinkedIn left when they royally screwed up the Pulse app. Use it EVERY DAY! But the updates have been slow. It has been a long time and offline support is still not available. Could be a great app with some updates.

Great substitute for the old Pulse News app. However, some work needs to be done on the UI. It's 2018, it should be material.
Love the app. Still the best thing since the original Pulse. Some Material Design would be nice.

Thank you, developer! This is what I was looking for since taptu. Please keep the good work, I'm sure great updates are to come. Please, make it work offline and have images in articles. A year without updates. Please, dont abandon this project!

This app almost does what Taptu did and I think it has huge potential. I'd happily buy this for 10 USD if it gets offline reading, automatically pulls the full text, and custom search feeds where you have a feed based on keywords from selected sources. Ready to pay for this!!
