Absolutely love this company and this app!! Super easy to reorder your, variety of companies to choose from, amazing packaging which fits through the letter box fast and reliable delivery and some very nice extras (sweets etc) in the boxes. Thank you so much for making my life easier!!!
app is just clutter & waste of time, product is cheaper or the same price as the app direct to the website (not third party site). app is good if you want to clutter your phone with apps, other wise pointless. poor user experience so it contempt go the user is made worse by the reply, as a pure cut and paste. if they had actually read the review they would have seen I state I did not access via a third part site, but they still state I did. rating dropped to 1 star.
I like how it's super easy to use and I didn't have much of a problem ordering from the app. Delivery time wasnt delayed for me but during the pandemic it may get delays which I totally understand :)
APP5 Discount disappears on payment screen 😕, contacted CS who gave a different discount code that did work. Make sure you check value on payment screen has correct amount. Service has always been quick and next day delivery just a shame the issue with code otherwise it would have been 5☆
Best contact lense provider, free next day delivery (think you have to book for £50) good quality and wide range of products. Always a nice little gift inside! And the app is 5* too never had any problems. Easy to use.
The feelgood website priced my repeat order at around £64, however it directed me to use the app to get 5% off. The app priced the same order at over £80, therefore I immediately deleted the app and stuck to the old fashioned way.
First order was great. Second order: new address, second line includes apartment number but they've apparently left it off the label so after 10 day wait USPS marks it undeliverable and returns it to them. I call and complain, say I've moved the second line into the first line so there is no screw up with the reship. I ask if the can reship immediately so I don't have to wait 10 days for them the receive the package and 2 day while they ready another and 10 days for the new pkg to come. Nope
Used several times. Deliveries always on time. Prices very competitive. Good quality lenses. The game changer, a free pack of haribo in all my orders so far. 🙂
Awesome! App is really easy to use and the reorder feature is great as cant always remember my prescription for my lenses so this is a massive help! Keep up the good work guys!
Very good service. Ordered some more contacts and delivered in less than 24 hours. Price is great especially with added discount for buying using app.
On the Feel Good contact's app I'm charged £12.39 for my lenses, on Feel Good Contacts wedsite through Google I'm charged £8.79 for the exact same lenses. So am going to delete this app as its not worth using!
just downloaded the app and it continually crashes. I think I might have to stick with vision direct!
I have never experienced any problems with this App or placing and receiving an order. Always great. And I also love the packet of Haribo that comes with the order!
App won't let me log in using the same email address as I log into my account on the web site, keeps asking for a valid email address so not much point in using it.
Garbage. Constantly receive Internal Error messages and using the app has became a total nightmare.
You cannot write a review as it just doesn't show a button when you're done and the format of the window is awful! Feels like if you have the app, you're not entitled to write reviews.
Ordered lenses for next day delivery and they turned up 4 days later won't be using again!! Be aware they won't refund for next day delivery if you don't receive your lenses
never loads beyond the 1st screen. crashes after 30 seconds EDIT Eventually got it to work after rebooting my phone twice
Good but sick of going between 2 companies to get my lenses for £17 with discount code.. if I stuck with you it would be £23 x2 per month.. so I did every other month and search for discount.
Amazing, so quick and efficient, and the best prices have found! But don't tell them that at FGC or they might put prices up.

Looks fine but 5% code did not work and I have no idea why I need an app to buy contact lenses from the same company that I have used for about 10 years with no change. How about 5% off for repeat orders?

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE, first time using to buy my monthly contacts, (they come in a box of 3) they have become faulty, THEY WILL NOT REPLACE, TOTALLY UNHELPFUL. BUYER BEWARE

Good so far, fast and easy to use.. Just one issue it doesn't load all of my previous orders, saying they are out of stock but when I do a separate search they are in stock. Other than that no issues. Also always get next day delivery even when I select standard delivery so very good. And my daughter gets excited.when the package arrives becauses there's always sweets inside which is a nice touch.
