Been a user for several years. App has always been very buggy but my current issue is beyond ridiculous, rendering the app completely unusable. After the recent update the app crashes and quits whenever I click on the chat button, thus making it impossible to see my connections or answer messages. Please fix this ASAP! For $30 a month I expect a lot better.

This app could be so good. I've been paying for it for a few months now and my success rate of getting a match has gone from being very frequent to being never. Clearly the app puts longer term users at the bottom of the pile when it comes to who is seen first by potential matches which is frustrating. On top of that, I don't believe "pings" do anything at all. I've sent so many since using this app and my success rate from them has been 0. Not 1 match from probably around 100 pings I've sent!

Such a glitchey app. You often have to close out of the app entirely before being able to move between messages or profiles. It works good sometimes then not at all five minutes later. They offer an "Incognito" option that when you sync the app with your Facebook account, it's supposed to filter out anyone on your friends list so so they can't find you. It's an added level of privacy. Great concept, dose not work. It's matched me to 3 FB now 🙃 And good luck getting back in if you log out.

Not ready for the big leagues yet. Great idea, great functionality, but when I suddenly couldn't log in, support couldn't get me back into my account. That didn't stop them from continuing to accept automatic payments via my subscription. Still haven't sorted it out. Buyer beware, I guess. I hope they figure out how to scale and become a real app with proper support and a reliable user interface. Until then I'm out ... I mean, I'm literally out because I can't log in.

Would be great if it wasn't buggy. Often jumps over a profile when swiping to the next one. Only shows me one or two new profiles a day while I'm in a big city with new people constantly arriving and my friends using the app on iOS don't seem to have this issue. The chat function also often takes a while to load and occassionaly scrambles messages.

always having to restart, very buggy. app decides to start only 1 out of 25 times if at all. clearing cache and data doesnt change anything. i know it's free but if i can't use it, does it matter? when it works, it is one of the best concepts, but until then..

The app, when it works, is fine. However, i find i have to constantly uninstall and reinstall when i want to use it. I'm stuck until my paid subscription is up. Then i'll be cancelling. It's too frustrating for this fact alone. Someone responded...appears to have given me an incomplete email address. 5/30/2022 gene from feeld emailed me and i replied. 3 weeks to reply. They know there are problems and they are busy trying to fix it. You're better off avoiding Feeld tbh.

I wish this app worked better. Totally glitchy. Matches and messages disappear. Lost 3/4 of my matches! Often get a blank White screen, and then have to reload. Limited scrolling- so you can't see all your potential matches or the people you are messaging. Past messages disappear. So, so many glitches. I understand why people put their IG or Kik, as FEELD entirely unreliable. Such a shame as it could be so good. Not renewing my majestic membership 😕

I tried this app for a month with their subscription service and did talk to a few people, I didn't feel like the ping did anything or got me more matches. The above would only really be about three stars but when I tried to log in this afternoon, the app seemed to think I was a new person and tried to get me to sign up again. I don't think I would be fine with this on a free app, let alone one that I had a subscription on.

Cool idea and community, but the app is super buggy. Even the easiest things like uploading a photo is a struggle because the app would randomly crop it or not respond at all. I remember experiencing the same bugs using a different phone more than a year ago and nothing has changed

It's really buggy. I have to force stop and clear cache 50% of the time. The pool of people is really low, and not great. I'm stuck on no new profiles and no new matches in a 30mi radius after getting a huge surge of them at the start. Now they're trying to keep me on the app with a free trial of their paid upgrade. The whole environment just seems sad.

I really don't like how you can't see someone after you heart/like them. This is a big pain. And there's no search function. That is also a pain. And if you look at someone's profile and then want to look at their partner you can't like the partner from that point you have to physically find their profile. Also you always have to start swiping from the beginning. They need to be consistent with the policing. Ease of use to set up a profile and change it was excellent.

Rubbish. If you don't pay, you only get a certain number of likes. Surely they can still let you do this on a free account? Also, no way of knowing if your profile has even been viewed. The profiles are also too bare bones with hardly any info. How you're expected to know whether you like or will click with someone from just a few scant lines is ridiculous. EDIT: re. below lip service response, I've already deleted my account and uninstalled app. Your app didn't help me for reasons stated.

It's just incredibly glitchy, I'm constantly closing and reopening the app, also my message notifications are always 'silent' regardless of the app notification settings? Makes it very hard to have a conversation.

Kicked off first time using it when further editing my profile on it and it now won't load and just shows me a white screen. Also I was a little unsure what to put for my sexuality as I don't label it which wasn't an option and I had to pick something from the extensive, though still unfitting, list where no option felt right as I simply don't like labeling it.

So far so good, but it's really difficult to swipe through people's pictures. The last picture will just bounce back into frame. I appreciate the need this app is trying to fulfill though so of course I'm keeping it and just hoping little bugs are fixed with time ♡

Hate to say this but I'm beginning to feel this app is full of bots and not even any of they're help live chat response to messages. You will only get an automated pop up and that's it nothing else happens. I also think people with upgraded accounts should be able to message other people cos depending on the likes action only doesn't work any better. My next action will be to delete this app if I see no changes ???? 🤦🏿

This app just crashes constantly, doesn't send notifications and non-stop pushes for paid membership, when you can barely maintain a conversation anyway. Note: I've had it since Covid started. This has been a problem for 2 YEARS

Super excited to get started, and love all the options for setting up my profile and identifying info, but uploading the pictures is so unnecessarily challenging. I just want to upload a cute photo and it won't let me adjust the crop :(
