Really inconsistent bluetooth connectivity with scales. I've had a similar product from Renpho with a near-identical app, no issues getting measurements on my phone whatsoever. Seems I have to restart my phone and take the batteries out of the scales everytime I use this thing. Update: this is now functionally useless as anything other than a weighing scale alone. The app will detect and pair with the scales, but it no longer takes any measurements from the scales at all.

Good, but metabolic age is incorrect. All my numbers are in the green except metabolic age which shows 52. I have researched BMR and used some online metabolic age calculators using my exact age, height, weight & body fat percentage from the app. The BMR comes out nearly identical to the app, however, all online sources say my metabolic age should be 30 instead of 52 like the app shows. Other than that, the app is working great so far. Syncs from the scale to the app, and syncs weight & body fat to FitBit. Please fix the metabolic age calculation though.

Worked fine for about two weeks before never working again. It won't sync to my scale. I've tried repeatedly turning the Bluetooth on and off, deleting the scale from recognised devices and reconnecting, hard resetting the scale by taking the batteries out and following YouTube tutorials. I feel like an idiot stepping up and down on the scale every morning. HUGE disappointment as I've saved all previous weight history in the app. If you're considering purchasing one of these scales, DON'T!!!!!!!

First criticism is, although it mostly syncs with Samsung Health, it fails to sync skeletal muscle. Please fix this! Second being, it should be easy to compare lean or muscle mass to fat mass. Yet we have no way of comparing them on one graph together. Third, I cannot sign in on both my phone and iPad without one being booted out. If me, one person, finds it that frustrating, then I fail to see why multiple people can be on one account, as if that could go smoothly on just one device.

The app itself is fine, for some reason though it simply will not stay linked to fitbit and therefore I can't see my measurements in one place. Surely there should be some button to press to upload the feelfit measurements to fitbit rather than relying on auto-sync. I'll be binning this soon as it's no use unless it links to fitbit.

App is working perfectly again! I recently reached out to the developers within the app after I noticed it was running in the background & draining my battery. I really appreciate that they responded & completely fixed the problem. This is definitely the best smart scale app I've tried & I'm so happy it's working properly again.

Rubbish, after a while the scale Bluetooth connection stopped working and doesn't measure any more. Keeps going back to the date and weight a month ago. Tried resetting it doesens of times, there is also reset button, just keep taking the batteries out. Useless.

Was good (5 stars good) now it just hogs huge amounts of battery, restarts after a force stop. Only way to stop it is to uninstall it. Just killing the phone, why don't they fix it. Feedback form won't work and no reply from developers which is really bad. It's a shame as it was so good. Now left with scales that I can't use

Overall quite good and consistent. The main issue is it only syncs weight to Google Fit. It would be nice if it synchronised body fat too, since that is a tracked measurement on Google Fit too.

Seems to have stopped working on the app. Everything else is working so whats the problem. Spent alot of money on these scales and cannot access the data. Very disappointed.

The app has successfully connected to my elektra Bluetooth scale but it doesn't indicate h by weight on the scale, what's the point, how will u it teach my weight loss? So it works like a regular cheap scale, very disappointing

The bluetooth connection just stopped working. When doing the test it says everything is fine but it doesn't work. Tried everything. Super annoying.

This app use to be great. It no longer shows the calculations for visceral fat, body water, etc. It only shows weight, BMI, and body fat. Then the contact us feature does not allow you to leave feedback, it asking for a picture to be uploaded. I uploaded a picture thinking that it will allow for feedback and it still doesn't. I have changed the battery, cleaned the scale and it's not functioning properly.

Wow! A £20 pair of scales and an amazing app to go with it. I've had Fitbit scales before and this app is just as good if not better. Shows weight and body composition, and allows other users to be added - easy to use and set up too. You can sync the data to your Fitbit app which is a massive bonus. Just outstanding for the money I paid, can't fault it!

Ok, what gives. I've been using this scale for months with no problem; used it 8/31. This morning (9/2/21) it does not work/connect to Bluetooth, nor does it record any stats. I can see my weight on the scale but it does not transfer to my android as before. I've un-installed app, changed batteries, turned Bluetooth and phone on and off and I've submitted a report. Can we get a fix please?

Had this scale for a while. Had an iPhone switched to a OnePlus, still works great. I haven't needed to contact support, so I can't review that experience but I've had no problem updating data, deleting data, etc. We have two users and the shift between using them is fine. My data is slightly different everyday for all categories so I know it's working. Haven't had any problems.

Was working great and the. The weight prediction feature stopped working. Sent information to their feedback. They asked for a screenshot. I included the pictures including that weight was taken within the guidelines for it to work. Have gotten nothing back. This was a very desired feature for me so now I have a scale that doesn't do what it says I does....not happy and of course it happened after the 30 day return period.

Also if the app collects data when it should be off, it worked well in the past 2 months, maybe not really precise, but at least it keeps record on all your in number in a clear way. Then suddenly, the syncing stopped to work, it works one day every week. I wrote emails and sent functional data, I waited 3-4 weeks to see if it have would receive an update that fix the issue, but nothing, after all this time waiting for this app is a waste of time.

I just received the scale. Set up was easy, although I was waiting for the “Feelfit” or something to that affect to come up on my On Bluetooth list (iPhone) , and it never came up after I loaded the batteries. So I ended up just stepping in the scale to weigh myself and (literal) DING!!! My weight was automatically loaded into the app 🙌. So heads up, you won’t see the scale in your Bluetooth list, it’s automatically connected once you give permission to Allow connection ( duh right?) But anyway

The app uses bio impedance and weight measured from the scale along with user input to calculate an array of things: visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, muscle mass, metabolic age, etc. Problem is, there's no transparency as to what goes into the calcs and it appears that many of them only really scale with weight. It'd actually be really nice if bio impedance was an output, but it doesn't appear to be.

It might take some trial and error before getting accurate measurements. The measurements itself are quite jarring to even be given a notion of. From my use it is fairly easy to use if it is placed on a hard surface and is given say a minute for it to do all of the measurements, outside of the weight. (and apparently no socks when upon the scale) The actual model of the scale is very clean too, which I admire. In comparison to before where I was ignorant of, it is nice to be informed and aware.

I've been using this app since May 2021 when I purchased my digital scales; and up until now it's been fine, but WTH!! Today when I tried to use it, it won't open properly or take a weight measurement and when it does open all I get is a message saying:-Feelfit keeps stopping with 3 options all of which I've tried. Are the developers going to fix this or not? I've uninstalled it losing all my data, I've sent a report. A response would be appreciated - thank you
