Affordable and cool veichles, I appreciate the fact you almost always find two helmets inside, unfortunately the app is working terribly, I couldn't end the ride and I had to wait 30 minutes to contact someone of the client service to the ride for me. I wasted my Saturday evening and my money because of a system malfunctioning, such a shame. Work harder to improve the system or close up shop.
Only had good experiences with this app and the support team That is until recently. Tried to end a trip when there was a malfunction on their end, this was mentioned as well when I tried to reach the support line. After 30 mins waiting with the scooter finally someone picked up who was unapologetic and didn't want to refund the waited time because I was frustrated. So I'm basically paying for their incompetence. Upon voicing my frustration the support agent hung up. Such a shame.
Constantly getting logged out and not allowing me to log in again. The app crashes every time you switch from 4G to WiFi (and vice versa). Many times my ride wouldn't turn off, mostly because the app glitches like crazy, costing me high amounts of riding time even though I already parked it. Customer support is a joke, with some actually being rude to you (which i screenshotted and sent to your customer service with no response whatsoever)
Number verification is absolute garbage. Simply doesn't work. US number, on a Pixel 6 Pro. Can't finish set up. Keep getting emails to but the app never sends a code to my number. Uninstalled.
The app is getting worse. Unable to start scooters. Getting http errors, time outs, slow response times, hanging up. Also it never keeps me logged in. Such a pity because I actually like driving the scooters.
The scooter is very expensive to always get something broke, absence of phone holders, etc. The last scooter didn't have back breaks working. Parking a Felyx is a nightmare, gps is poor and always indicates that place isn't allowed.
Haven't been able to log in at all. Keep getting the "no internet connection" error message, regardless whether I'm on mobile data or WiFi.
In zoologischer garden I parked right by Emmy and Tier twice but it told me it was outside the business area. So I had to move and go somewhere else. Also having two helmets both of them in size L is an unacceptable risk for those who need an m or an s in a civilized and advanced country such as Germany Edit to felyx answer: it wasn't in the park, it was zoologischer garden station. And please, don't even write "one size fits all": there is no one size fits all when it comes to helmets
Had good experiences with this app in the past. However, as of recently performance has been deteriorating and I've been experiencing more and more issues such as "error starting vehicle" or the app freezing completely for 10 minutes straight. DO NOT count on this app as a reliable mode of transportation, sometimes it takes a very long time and countless restarts before you can actually ride the scooter. It's a very frustrating experience to miss your train and be late because of buggy software.
constant login issues. Unbearable for a service for that it is crucial to be reliable.
The app is so bad it rarely works. I get logged out each time i leave the app and can't login after. The app is stuck loading
Last month, I wrote the review below and gave it 2 stars. however, the issue of "phantom scooters" that I highlighted has been fixed as of version 2.2.8 and so I'm happy to change my rating: "Tried it in Brussels. Any similarity between what's shown on the map and actual availability of scooters on the streets is pure coincidence, so you waste a lot of time chasing inexistent or disappearing scooters. Having said that, once you manage to get one on the app and physically, it works quite well."
Greedy ! Upping their fees to make more money. SIXT car share is a far better alternative
Sadly lots of bugs in this app, that makes me not use the app anymore. After reserving, scooter GPS says that the scooter is in one place. When I arrive the scooter is more than 1km away! After having the scooter reserved... The GPS on the scooter is also really slow, which resorts into having to wait 3 to 4 minutes until you can end your trip. 1 minute use is €0.30, so every use I pay around €1 too much. Which you won't get back. Sadly not using it until these issues are fixed.
Awful app. It logs you out as you drive the vehicle. Often doesn't login and errors out for no reason. Who ever made this did a terrible job.
App logs you out randomly, even after riding. Then doesn't allow you to log in anymore.
Love it, addicted to it already. The app never gives me any problems, sometimes the scooters have some issues but you can always call the help desk and they help immediately! Like one time I couldn't open my scooter to but the helmet back after riding. I called and in a minute the issues was fixed and I was able to put it in and end the trip! Great!! Also love that the zones are now coloured in, much easier to see! Please expand more to Amsterdam Noord
After having received no reaction from the team due to app failing to enable PayPal payment. Received invoices for their mistake threatening to be referred to a dunning company. After having paid the invoice, I receive another message urging me to pay the very same invoice. Uninstalled right away. Kids, you need to learn that people before customers deserve care and respect and we are not here to test your app. There's plenty of options available in the market, you have lost your spot with me.
After creating an account, submitting my driver's license, adding a payment method and getting a confirmation - nothing works. I cannot login, cannot delete the account. I tried to reset the password, delete the app and reload, restart phone - nothing works. Wrote email to support, responded eventually, but they gave up on me. Never resolved issue. Uninstalled.
New comer to Rotterdam. The app hasn't caused me any issues so far, and the GPS is pretty accurate (this could also be affected by your phone). Overall I'm super satisfied so far, had around 5 drives without any issues. I'd like to see loyalty points
App doesn't work properly. I constantly have to log back in, waiting five minutes for a verification code, and when I rent a scooter it refuses to drive. (Taunting me with ready, while counting time). When I try to use the support chat, i changed app and it closed the whole thing.
Good at first but never received free minutes for recommending it to friends who completed the registration and my account was blocked twice. Somehow payments suddenly fail for no reason. Not going to bother with this anymore. App uses a lot of battery in the background too.
good veichle. awful service. app stucks allot. scotters well maintained and wonderful. generous trail voucher. app tends to stuck when u wish to start or end a ride which is of course frustrating. but the worst is the service. extremely rude and aggressive representatives in the chat. hopefully this could all be improved.
Hi. I cannot log back in into the app because it always prompts to verify via email (which I have already done once), but no email ever gets sent to my account so how can I verify? I have contacted customer support few times but no response whatsoever. Terrible service. Should probably take it as a sign and not use it.
The last two times I have rented a felyx I couldn't end the trip because I was not inside the GPS area while I was clearly inside the green box on the map. I had to call customer support (while paying 33 cents a minute). I don't know what's wrong with their GPS, but it almost seems intentional.
