Day 1 with this app. I intend to keep it going. The downside of free version is that there are a lot of adds. A lot one. Opening and closing the app, going back to previous step, or opening the help button is not convenient because of the intrusive adds. Still, I intend to keep my exercise going.

I love this app. Perfect and to point. On 28 day Full Body challenge [ day 3 ] and felt in on first day. Make sure you click the auto button at bottom of workouts so that it automatically goes into next one in que or that exercise will be continuous. Like fact that you can omit/ edit workouts

been using this for five days now. love the workouts. I've had a csection with my first child I'm just had my number 3 kiddo naturally, and wanted to get back in shape after this kid. haven't used my stomach muscles like I should in a long time and I definitely feel my stomach muscles getting stronger. will post update as far as what I've lost and how I feel every so often. currently at 182lbs at 5ft tall. will post an update after month 1!
