I've been using this app for almost three years. I've been extremely satisfied. But in light of the newst version... This app was simple and practical. I'm not intrested in counting calories (one of the reasons Iloved the app ) now not omly it counts but its the daily goal too. Also the excersises are less( at least 3 that dont exist anymore). It would be good to add an option to either work with calories or just complete a simple set set day without counting. Pls add previous the excersises.

Wonderful app that is easy to use and really challenges you! If your looking for something that'll give you some muscle, this is the app for you, but you HAVE TO remember to be consistant though or you won't see results as fast.

Good workouts, but halfway through I was taken out of my workout to the main menu without me touching anything. Wish it had a resume button in case that happens again. I went to start the workout again but it reset instead of letting me resume with the workout i was doing
