I really like this app - my 6 year old uses it when he goes to his dad's or grandmother's and has all his family on it. It works great. My only complaint is that the video chat feature has really LOUD audio feedback, even when we are in two separate households. Will change my review to 5 stars when if I find a solution. The voice to text works great but my son likes to video chat us alot and it's hard to hear anything with the feedback so loud. Plz help
Initially really liked the app but the video calling doesn't seem to work properly. I can see myself which is not the idea. Can't see how to change the camera around, no obvious controls or settings. Chat itself works well.
Good app for messaging for child specially during Covid time for chatting. Only problem is that it doesn't include filesharing and also box for chat and images should be bigger. Currently even for small messages, you are scrolling screen and images are not visible in thumbnail.
It started out good and we've been using it for a couple months now. It now randomly asks for an access code for her to use it. I use the same access code and have to reset it. This is very frustrating when she's staying with grandparents and can't get in.
Great app for parental controls. A few teething problems which is to be expected with a new app, but the developer is very hands on and helpful with troubleshooting. Keep up the good work 👍
That sucked!! It let's you invite your contacts to their page. It doesn't let you text them. I just want a freaking app that lets me text my contacts. That's it! No other gimmicks. If you're a text app then let me text. Good grief.
Finally an app that allows full control over text messaging. I love the fact that parents control who is being invited and they can't be invited until you as the parent approve. No more late night texts, no more inappropriate pictures being sent. This app is exactly what I've spent years looking for.
Waste of time. Thought this app was going to be much better and actually useful. Went to all the hassle of creating profiles for all of us and now I can't even sign my kids in! Tried the "forgot your password?" which is suppose to generate an email to the parent - and doesn't. I tried that twice. App now deleted.
I prefer using this over other messaging apps because it is safer for my child. He has used this app to communicate with his friends and even for planning play dates. If you have a child that wants to talk with their friends, and even for yourself as a parent to talk with them, I would reccomend this app.
The app is not so bad but the sound is horrible it's like if there is more than one thing going on in the room the app can't handle it lots of feed back
I cannot get get to work in any other network but my home. My child cannot text me from school I don't understand? All restrictions have been removed from school times. But it is using Wi-Fi not a cellular service.
The app is good, but really slow. Also, chat is not working (blank screen) for the past 2 days. I will give it another week, otherwise will uninstall.
This app sucks! It never did work correctly the verification never came through after 3 tries. Will not ever use again.
I like it a lot because video record your voice but one thing make a update so you can send pictures I have a lot of pictures to show my fam
Could not locate my son's GS9, no known problems with both his and my own GS9. Touches to beam and then it can't locate no matter how many times each beam. Plus it won't let you delete your accounts as far as I can see.
Really good app! I simply added my children. 100% control who will my child add to their friends list. 1 single question: how to add details in friends list? For example: X is mother, Y is brother/sister, etc.
Stopped working, use it to keep in contact with my son while I'm at work. He messaged me and I could never check it screen was black. I logged out tried to log back in wouldn't let me, tried to recover password said account doesn't exist, tried creating new one said already has account. App worked two days
It works unreliably (the called one doesn't always get notification, phone doesn't ring) which sort of defeats the whole purpose of the app.
Just downloaded this app. I thought it was going to be great to chat with the kids however no messeages come up (the chat is blank) yet their are notifications showing messages but cant see them , also i cant video call which was the main reason for downloading. Do i need a software update to make it work ?
I think this app is great but I would really enjoy it if there was a way to make videos, take pictures on it, and then we can send it. Other than that I really enjoy it.
Unable to listen to voice messages. App freezes completely and crashes.
Doesn't work. Chats are empty and video calling just hangs on connecting. Tried 3 devices and 3 family accounts, same problems.
Now deleting this app unreliable stops working all the time not any good at all when we first got it it was brilliant but no im done uninstalling reinstalling all the time
I want you to make a kids email not grow up email. It is hard for me to use to app like that but the app is kind of good so I will give it one more star
Its good but if we vc we can't behidn and front camera like watshapp mesengger and some time this app is stuck but is good but is not very good i just can bring 3 stars im sorry i hope some time you can make goodes app than this app fighting for make new app!

Good as begining , but no group chats.. and no setting during the video calls even the mute button is not found..
Rubbish, registered the account, added my child, but th e app won't allow us to communicate, just has my child that's it.
Updating the below review to add an extra star. Latest update has added timestamps ------- In general this is a good app. The parental controls to allow safe messaging are good, kids can't add or accept new contacts/friends without prior approval of the parent. One thing that bugs me thou, and I'd rate the app more than 3 stars otherwise, is the lack of timestamps in the conversation window. It's impossible to know at what time a message was sent. Maybe this is configurable and can be turned on?
