I enjoy the choices here, which are personalized and different from what we get outside. It is easy to customize the gifts as well. Excellent packing and an on-time delivery always. Nedd to improve the speed, that could be a little faster and better.
Very good app,but too many service calls are just irritating. Browsing or adding items to cart is completely customers' choice,buying or not buying depends on the customer. FNP called my number 3-4 times since I started browsing. That is too much irritating and annoying. Kindly dont disturb the customers all the time because everyone is busy in their own life. Thank u.
Excellent overall experience . Feels great to see the huge variety of products within the app. It's an app which gives more of a social media kind of experience when you browse through it. I kind of open it everyday and that too several times just to get a feel of staying connected . It helps me get rid of my loneliness at times.
The best of technology application so far. The app crafted with exterme quality of build. Every deeplinks worked perfectly, weather its a payment link or link to product. Navigation too quite simple and easy in use. The product new features like o added quite nicely, as it wont hamper the navigation for existing customers who dont want use that, or probably not using that. At the same time allow easy accessibility for customers who wish to use it.
Hi, I have ordered a combo includes cake and flowers i really like it. The flowers and cake are very fresh. And the best part is they deliver a order at a time also you can get a free card for every order. I was so happy that I made a good choice by sending a order from FNP. Overall I loved it.

This app is pathetic. I ordered a gift for my friend about 2 weeks ago and it has not been delivered yet, plus they have removed the order from MY ORDERS menu. I raised a ticket but the response was very unsatisfactory, I am totally dissappointed with the experience.
It's really a fantastic app for a gift to your loved ones. And talking about loyalty and delivery, it is the best. If you give correct details then definitely it will be on time. I am really happy because my friend got his gift after upgrading the correct details as it hasn't reached the right time because of the address issue. They never confuse you on call they just give right information about delivery status, are a soft-spoken people
I would love to give 5 star for the service provided by FNP. I ordered a customised cushion and got the delivery next day itself. Same day delivery option is also available for selected products. The app interface is user friendly and very easy to use. You can even set reminders for occasions. Overall very satisfied with the app and would recommend others as well for any kind of gifts.
If possible I would have given 0 stars. Earlier had a good experience with this app, but now everytime we place an order,it gets finalised, but after a day or two they call n inform that the selected item is not available. Moreover, when I select some item in the cart, I start getting calls to complete my order payment.
This time also it was a wonderful experience.I liked the customer services.Only this time I had one issue but it was resolved immediately.It has boosted more trust on the services. I would like to recommend it to my near and dear ones. Excellent services at all.

Over priced..Very bad experience.. ordered a teddy bear.. firstly the one I recieved was different from the one shown in the pic, instead it felt like some cheap quality roadside one. It was not even packed well. It was stuffed in a small bag horribly. Even after complaining and exchanging it they have sent the same quality. Ordered a personalized cube.. the pictures came out scary too. Waste of money and time.

I was very doubtful about ordering a designer fondant cake for my nephew's birthday as the lockdown was relaxed, and I was not comfortable placing an order online. But after seeing good reviews, I gave it a try in FNP Cake delivery app, it looked awesome. I received the cake on time. And the finishing of the cake is awesome, and taste is really so yummy. Everyone at home just loved it. I am really happy with the order.

I just loved this app. The quality of cake and bouquet is also fresh and good.The best part is that it delivers on the same day and also there is option select fixed slot which is one of the positive part too.

Very smooth app and easy to navigate. The products delivered are exactly as the images are shown. Delivery happens at the time selected. You can send flowers and gifts to different cities and other countries too. But one thing that they need to add in this app is to add an option to customize flower bouquet as the buyer want.
