Completely useless. "Refresh" does nothing, therefore % full is not in real time. You're better off to check the BC Ferries website. I could write more, as I now have 3 hours to kill at the terminal (turns out the 87% full ferry is 120% full), but I think that sums it up.
Probably the most useless app of all time. Cannot book into the future at all. What is the point of having a travel app that will not allow you to book a few days in advance? 1 star because 0 stars wasn't an option. Typical government garbage.
Very unfriendly App. Does not show pricing with sailing information. Clunky to use....a few simple tweeks could make it a better experience.
Sometimes it's accurate, sometimes it's not. Currently the app is saying that my 6:40pm sailing is still happening as of 1pm but here I am at 6:30pm looking at "cancelled" on the website. Luckily I check the website first since it's always updated. 2.5/5 stars if that was an option
Basically useless ... This app is only good for current sailings. if you want to plan a future trip, or reserve, you have to go online.
Sitting here and shot again lake waiting to hear about it the fairies are going to run listening to the radio because the app isn't telling me anything at all except for there's zero weights and zero capacity still I'm assuming you're you're not running the ferries or don't know what the heck's going on app doesn't tell me nothing maybe 11:30 News sports and weather or tell me
Great app! I use it routinely for my commutes between Victoria and Vancouver. The recent update made a big difference in accuracy on schedules - thanks!
no opportunity to check sailing times for a specific day , nor is there a way id knowing which vessel for which sailing, thus defeating the usefulness if the app, forcing me to phone abd either being put in hold for ever!!
No ability to book a ferry using this app. That's weird and time wasteful. Plus no ability to see future sailings via a calendar.
Worked great the first time I used it then its been garbage ever since. It will not load any of the scheduled departures, very frustrating.
Very little useful information. Doesn't provide arrival times or sailing duration. Doesn't advise of abominable wait times. Doesn't advise on weather conditions.
Won't show today's ferries. Stuck on earlier ones. Won't show all the ferries on a future date. The app is next to useless.
app is useless. not user friendly. even the survey is hard to use. I am not even sure this message will get to you
Needs work. One page goes to nothing able to load, unable to "plan" a trip past the next day on different terminals.
Inaccurate information about status of ferries (e.g., said ferry was 0 percent full when in reality it was full and standby only). Useless app.
Not very useful as you can't make booking. You can only see how full the ferries are today.
App is terrible, does not include all BC ferry routes and it's user interface is poorly designed. Shame on a billion dollar corporation for producing junk
If I am trying to find the arrival time of a ferry that has already sailed, or indeed when it sailed, I am out of luck. Please leave the sailings that are en route on the list. I know that your programmers will complain but it is easy to do. Consider those picking people up from the ferry.
Useless app. Doesn't give updates on canceled sailings. Terminal photos are not up to date.
Doesn't give you sailing times for all terminals, just the main routes. Not helpful at all.
This app would probably be okay if it included the Gulf Islands terminals. For me it is almost useless.
No purpose, no calendar, no reservations. No point to even having an app. Embarrassing.
This is a pointless app... I get the current day's sailings and a sked... Big whoop....In 2020, you should be able to book future sailings ...
This app doesn't show all of the next day sailings. I think it only shows 12 hours ahead. You can't make a reservation from the app. Perhaps someone could tell me how this app has any purpose beyond just Googling whatever you want. In fact It's misleading indicating there are only 3 sailings the next day. My rating is zero.
