Fertility Diet Guide

The Fertility Diet is a dietary approach for women, that has been scientifically researched, to improve your chances of becoming pregnant. The Nurses' Health Study looked at the effects of diet, smoking, alcohol, and birth control on fertility among 238,000 female registered nurses since 1976. The lead researchers presented the findings in 10 easy to follow dietary steps in their book.
"The 10 recommendations are aimed at preventing and reversing ovulatory infertility, which accounts for one quarter or more of all cases of infertility. They won’t work for infertility due to physical impediments like blocked fallopian tubes. And they aren’t meant to replace a conversation with a clinician about whether an infertility work-up is needed.

The strategies described don’t guarantee a pregnancy any more than do in vitro fertilization or other forms of assisted reproduction. But it’s virtually free, available to everyone, has no side effects, sets the stage for a healthy pregnancy, and forms the foundation of a healthy eating strategy for motherhood and beyond. That’s a winning combination no matter how you look at it."

The information provided is very basic. The layout and navigation isn't great. There is a list of foods to avoid. As an example, noodles. Just in general. There are good options, like buckwheat soba. Articles I've stumbled across provide a better layout and access to information. Also, the date of publish on this book isn't provided but it seems very outdated.

All this info can be found on the web, or from the dr. Nothing i haven't heard of before. Bmi was in lbs and feet/inches. An option for cms and kgs would great.
