IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS
Fertility Test Analyzer transforms qualitative data,given by the pregnancy and ovulation test strips, into quantitative data (% pigmentation). The accuracy of the numeric value is affected by a number of factors, such as: test quality, how diluted the urine is, the quality of the camera used, your skills in taking a good picture and a correct lighting. Hence, numeric results obtained cannot be taken as exact values, only a laboratory can give those.
Use at your own risk. Do not use to avoid pregnancy or anything where more accuracy would be required. Please consult your healthcare provider for any health concern.

The time has come to say goodbye.
Over the last years we created and give support to Fertility Test Analyzer in our spare time as part of a non-profit project. Our intention was to help women to reach their dream of become mothers, and we are happy to see that it has over 70k installations at the time.
Sadly we have to admit that we don't have the resources to keep up on new devices and therefore we have taken the decision of release the app to the public domain under a commercial free license. We expect other fertility apps to use this technology in the near future and we think that this is the best way we have to contribute to the well being of women with fertility difficulties.
Unfortunately we won't be giving support or maintenance to the app anymore. If you are an Android developer with some free time and want to contribute (there are a couple of things with priority if you have a modern device), the source code is on https://gitlab.com/colnix/fta. Please make a pull request or create a brand new app of your own! The only legal requirement is that you have to use it for good, not for evil :)

Works fine when it works at all. Continue to have a very difficult time with the picture taking aspect. I understand it has to be specific to be accurate. But multiple times it has told me "Control line not found" but clearly marked exactly where the control line is.
Would be an amazing app but taking the photo of the test is impossible and driving me crazy!!! Constantly says "unable to detect control line", even though he picture itself including contrast is perfect, the control line is perfectly positioned. Ugh
Should have believed all the other reviews. This app is junk. It does not pick up anything no matter what you do or how clear the image is even when it shows a visible control line in the window. Don't waste your time.
No matter what I did it couldn't even find the control line, outside, inside bright light, low light it didn't matter it never found the super dark control line and we are supposed to trust it to analyze the possibility faint results we are praying for? No. Thanks for nothing but frustration and a big let down.
This app is horrible. I tried several different times to take a picture of the test and it kept saying it couldn't find the control line.... Even though it was exactly where it was supposed to be.
Rubbish app, not worth downloading I kept getting that it wasn't possible to see the control line of the tests I was uploading. Pictures are clearly very clear. I installing, would not recommend.
Omg this app is so so so bad. I have a s21 ultra one of the best phones on the market right now. It this app will not read my test no matter how many times I try. And when it does pick it up it's not accurate
Perfect lighting, perfect clarity in the image and yet the app cannot detect lines even though they are so clear.
Takes MULTIPLE tried to capture picture. Also the test window is too far spaced and reads the pregnancy indent not the supposed second line. So give false positive reading
The app was never able to positively find a control line, even when the control line was clearly in the correct box.
This app worked amazingly for me, it caught the lines within the 2nd week of my pregnancy. The percentages went up every time I took a test.
Love it works great alittle difficult to take a picture of it but other then that works fine warning for other ppl might need to shine the light on it and make it focus more by taping on ur phone•
The worst. Does not detect a super bright and obvious control line that is meticulously placed where it asks. Trash.
The app couldn't find the control line on the test in my bright bathroom, in front of a window with a good camera... Pretty useless.
This is trash lol. Cant find the line in my high quality picture on a test that's super dark. I'd hate to see it try to pick up a line on a faint test.
Useless. Keep gettinf an error about handle contrast? then the test isnt readable.

Impossible to detect lines. Wasted an hour trying everything.

The previous version worked... This update is useless. Also keep getting a 'handle' error message (like a previous poster said) and as soon as it reads the %, it does not allow to save since suddenly it does not have a picture to save. Fix your app!!!
