A cool idea, but VERY poorly executed. They tell you that your question will be answered within a week or so (unless you pay ~$20 to have it expedited). It's been more than a month since I asked my question and there's been no response. I want to deactivate my account, but there's no way to. They ask for A LOT of personal information, including your phone number and mailing address, which is frankly unnecessary for their "service." I also got text messages right after I signed up. Very unhappy.

For every question I ask about literally anything fertility based, I'm provided with an outstanding amount of information! First of all, the platform has excellent fertility specialists onboard from all over the world. Each expert is knowledgeable and, with this application, they really take the time to listen to your situation and provide you with personable information based on your own specific case. This app has been very informative and helpful to me. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is planning on having a healthy baby.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Once you get to the screen of the questions and answers, the page freezes and the app closes and makes you restart. the 2 questions I was able to read seem to go agaist all medical advice I have heard from several doctors. They "professionals" on here dont seem to know anything about PCOS.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and prompt the replies I got from medical professionals were. Very helpful app for anyone overwhelmed by everything ferility/infertility related.

Doctor was very rude. I ask a question about my husband. He bashed me for being overweight and assumed my husband was as well. Which he is not!! So i would not recommend as they only look at your weight and not the question at hand!

Very good but I don't understand what they doing? It doesn't help much and answer questions about fertility treatments and other things

Unable to read Health Care providers, when I attempt to send a message I keep receiving an error message.

app is nothing like what it shows here, not user friendly. I hope they fix it soon.

I had to increase my stars so this will be seen... but I give 0 STARS!!! I asked a serious question and never heard anything from anyone. They just keeps saying they are working hard to answer my question. THE APP SAYS 1 WEEK... WEEELLL... It's been over a week... Definitely going to uninstall!!!!

I have had this app for some time now. I asked a question on the app and they said it would take up to 7 days to get an answer. Its been over a month and i still havent gotten an answer for my question. Whats the point in asking a question if its gonna take months to get an answer back.

1st question posted and the doctor was rude, pretty much saying that I need to loose weight. I hate that thats every doctors go to didnt even address the question that was asked.
