I can't even get passed the sign up. I put im my information, click apply and then it just clears the information I put in
*** Edit 2020-06-24 *** For folks confused by the "you must be a driver" message, the problem is that there's a separate app called "Fetch Resident" that does not show up in the top search results. I'm sure some people have already figured this out, so this is to help dummies like me. The resident app works fine, so I'm giving an improved rating.
Useless, customer service can't reach the warehouses directly so you might as well blindly wait bc if a package gets lost, misplaced, mishandled, you'll be shuffled through customer service, emails, lots of " we've sent a message to our delivery facility" even 24 hours later. So the app is really only needed to say. "Hey I'm out of town" which knowing fetch it'll still be delivered.
What a sh**y app and inconvenient service. Makes package delivery easier for the courier and apartment manager, but not the resident. I'd rather take my chances with it left at the door than trying to track down another company. Oh and don't bother trying to reset your password, it won't work And who came up with the name, I know "fetching" isn't exclusive to dogs but what a slap in the face to delivery workers.
Doesn't work at all. When trying to reset password it only gives an error that the confirmation doesn't match after several attempts and with different password formats all matching the requirements. Why was this released when nobody can even log in?

Update from other app: Fetch after 4 attempts in three days never delivered my package. After finally reaching someone they responded via email saying that they did not have the resources to deliver my package. But you're a delivery company?? So confused now... So I just drove all the way out to their facility and picked it up myself. I will NEVER use fetch again, what a joke of a company. And worst, our apartment is forcing us to pay. Like why? They are incompetent. Not paying for it either.
I was approved for hire & began on-boarding with the company immediately. I currently have access to the "shift scheduling platform" where FETCH COURIERS can view whatever delivery shift(s) that may be available. From there... I am SUPPOSED to have the ability to "assign myself" or "pick up" any of these available shifts that I desire... (according to my delivering availability of course) BUT . . . I CANNOT ACCEPT BLOCKS??? HELP!!!
The app wont let me log in or reset my password. I would rather not deal with this service but the apartment complex insists on using it
Can't reset my password, even after 30 attempts. Still getting "ERROR C.A.A.L.C". Zero support option in app is pretty sad. Please do better
Not able to log in. Registered and was actually logged in then went back in and it keeps saying i have to be a driver.
Takes forever to scan the Q R code, always had to enter the number manually, not sure if it is network or ?. And cant log out. Please how can I get the previous version 1.92

i saw your advertisement online looking for drivers to join the platform. uber and lyft already treat us like dogs, you're late to the party. its amazing that silicone yuppies are so out of touch they think they can get drivers to carry the business while making it painfully obvious how we are viewed via the name and gimmick of the app itself. edit: why does the fun you're trying to have with the application involve memeing your drivers? we arent dogs. not many will be your fetch dog

I keep getting: error not recommended for this route and doesn't seem like anyone will help and they keep passing the buck. Routes are there but are quick to be snatched so good luck getting any. Might just get rid of this and try something else.
