Fetch - Local Delivery

Best delivery app. They do everything besides bringing the best food in Santa Fe. Fetch has been a live saver for me as a disabled veteran. I love them.

The service itself is really great. Only issue is notifications. This can cause a lot of issues with not getting correct things on order or missing the delivery driver when they deliver. It's enough of a problem that if fixed this would be a 4 star app. To make it a 5 star they need to fix whatever causes keyboards to not use autocorrect in the messaging section.

Went to the Cub store in Bloomington Minnesota bought $50 worth of the paper product to get the rewards Promised when I try and get any rewards it says it's not available in my area False advertising!!!

When the app works, it works okay. But I've had difficulty with it several times, including just now. I wanted to order dinner and the app told me I needed to update my profile. I reentered my name, phone number, and email, took a new profile picture, then the app would not save the changes. I gave up and ordered though Door Dash.

Truly horrible. Hidden service fees and they add tips without permission! This was my first (and last!) experience. No discount for first time users, either. Too expensive, and took too long to deliver, for a simple order.

Update.... app still sucks....can't switch menus cant change settings to turn off annoying notifications, can't delete credit cards........think I. Gonna delete this. Once I've ordered cant get back to menu or rate my drivers Update deliveries are unregulated, slow, poor communication. Drives across town grab the delivery and take their sweet time

I've ordered twice using this app and I love it. I like that I can communicate directly with my delivery person and receive regular updates on my order. There are so many options for places to order from as well. Far superior to other delivery apps I've used so far.

Terrible experience with this app. Suggested restaurants that were closed and allowed me to place orders there. Then I couldn't cancel the orders because the app malfunctioned and now I'm getting charged for food I didn't get. And I have to deal with customer service. Through. The. App.

It was super simple, great service. True it suggests dumb places that are closed or too distant. But if you know what you want from where, you're golden. It's easy.

Would not work at all for anything. It didnt have any stores listed. And what weird is, I live around three different shopping centers, including a Walmart and NONE of them pop up at all. It's like where I live doesnt exist to the app. Uninstalled.

Installed the app. Would not allow me to search without location service being allowed. Then would return any search as invalid. Sorry but either a new user can actually use the app or not. I can not so I uninstalled the app. Good luck.

Concept is there function has not made it. 7pm nothing showed open, couldnt go through menu. App just needs work. Hopefully they get it worked out. Would have been nice to have in Santa fe as we have never been.

very easy to use and rapid service. I recommend using over other delivery apps not only are they quick and easy its locally owned.

They've over billed me multiple times and have been holding my latest refund over a month with very sketchy communication. Great idea... very poor execution.

I just wanted to be the only and first person that had a three-star review because obviously all the five star reviews are Friends of the person who started the company and the one star reviews are people that are pissed off. So my experience is that they need help with their app and they're competing with some serious companies. They've actually done pretty well for us. I only use it when we're drunk and can't drive to get food and that is a blessing.

The charges within the app are completely messed up, the drivers have on numerous times caused me to have to pay double for an order that would have cost a very low amount

Great local delivery service. Difficult to troubleshoot or reach any kind of customer support if you have a problem with the account or payment processing.

I get this is local but literally no food options lead you to another page or anywhere. I can't even look at a menu.

Super excited to give back to a local company supporting so many local businesses. Been watching this company for a bit and their growth has been awesome to watch!

Ordered some food from a local restaurant. Total was suppose to be $45, well suddenly after my food came I am told the new total is $58. Okay I get the prices can change fair enough. Well the next day I get another message telling me that I now owe $65. Well I message support saying that is unacceptable. They say they will only charge me $58 and give me a coupon for my troubles. Well I wake up this morning to be told I am now being charged $73 out of nowhere! This is ridiculous! Use grubhub

On time, reliable service from a well-functioning app.

Dumbest app ever. Couldn't tap on anything to order dinner from our hotel. How am I supposed to know what's in town when we are visiting???
