I can't understand why the mobile app won't let you start from the beginning or let you watch shows in last 24 hours like the box does. You can only watch 100% live which is really annoying. It used to work on mobi but now it doesn't, which is really disappointing and means I rarely use this.
Unreliable! This app has been unreliable from when i began using it 2 months ago. Now it will not connect at all and is completely useless! Fetch Box doesn't offer a replacement remote anymore and Fetch app is completely useless! So disappointed.
It's bad. Connectivity is bad to the Fetch Mighty itself. Static IP also for the Mighty, made sure MAC address added to the modem as allowed and even all this and even DHCP, it's still not connecting. 80% of the time doesn't work. Tried the app even on my old Samsung phone and same result.
Users who are reporting that they do not like the TV Guide layout after the latest release should be aware that the list view has been disabled to allow for the reverse TV Guide feature which allows you to watch programs that have been aired in the last 24 hours.
Keeps getting worse after each update. Channels go missing, tv guide grid style changes for no reason & can't be changed. The problems list with this app is growing so I'll be uninstalling until the app improves, a lot.
Ever since the firmware update on the set top box and app, it keeps disconnecting and going really slow, sometimes not even usable. Its gone to absolute garbage!
When I try to play saved programs after a time the volume suddenly goes very quiet so can't hear. Very annoying and needs to be fixed.
Can't see 'my stuff', see free to air channels or connect to fetch box. Making it a bit pointless really. Used to be able to now it's a dud.
My experience with this app is generally poor. Most of the time it refuses to connect to the fetch system. I spend most of the time trying to connect.
Doesn't connect. Useless very frustrating. It seems everyone is having the same problems. Please get it sorted!!!
Since last upgrade the remote has no connection 9/10 times. Then disconnects from set top box once it does conne t anyway
Was realy good. but since updated it contastly wont connect to box . Have to reset phone and or router.
Was good until previous update. Now it is impossible to check what is on each channel for the whole week. Change it back.
Best app so far as long as your internet plan comes with the fetch box that connects to your tv. And Then you can access everything on this fetch Mobi as long as you got your fetch ID number located in menu on the fetch box itself. Thanks guys & take care. ❤️ From 🇭🇲
Always having to reset the box to connect to the app. Very annoying!
It doesn't connect straight away.. constantly having to open and close it.. and keep hitting retry
Bring back the vertical TV guide on the app please. The new way is so much harder to search.
Something is wrong with the app says connection issues all the time always worked up until the update now it doesn't work right at all
Can not cast to chrome cast. It is disappointing and a pain. The only reason I want to use the app.
Updated yesterday as requested and now not getting tv guide display options. Was good before that.
Its just stopped working completely and we need this app to change channels not fun being stuck on 1 channel

Only one star since you can't change the layout of the TV guide like we use to be able too.
This app is great for remote management of shows, although the TV guide never brings up the Free to air channels for review without manipulation of the app, then Free to air channels will load. Also the My Stuff area rarely brings up my shows that have been recorded with Mighty Box, again with manipulation of app, & this is when both app and Mighty box are connected to the Internet.
Please bring back the option of searching via TV channel in a vertical format, which was an option before the last upgrade.
Honestly done with this app. It has had continuous issues for years but instead of fixing the problems they decide to add more 'features'. The only reason I wanted the app was to use the remote function and remote record. Either don't work properly and now the remote feature has disappeared completely. What the hell? And the constant signing out issue is beyond frustrating. As soon as another competitor enters the market with a better product, I'm gone.
Latest version of the app only allows you to navigate the TV guide scrolling per day, with only a few channels visible. It means you can't easily navigate shows and channels like you used to in previous versions, it is very VERY tedius with load/refresh for each day - essentially making it unusable to me. Please consider providing the old navigation of TV guide as an option!!
