Fetchr - Courier Delivery

The app and the customer service used to be much better. In the meantime scheduled deliveries just don't turn up with the untrue statement that someone tried to call, and call center (has the option to contact them but is totally useless!) is not reachable. Not the way to go, guys...

The app does not work. Theres always an issue. I was credited from my account for a pick up service I requested that did not happen. I've called and tried to get in touch to no avail. Horrible experience. Theres also an option to send a message to the delivery guy, but you cant click send?! Unhappy with the app and service.

I'm just reviewing the app (the service started bad but still I'm hopeful for my delivery). The problem is right in the beginning: app tells you that the data for your registration is not ok, but don't explain what is it. So far I couldn't register a new account because the process is broken. Very annoying. Uninstalled.

I am very disappointed on so many levels with your service. Staff are very unhelpful and pick up scheduling is such a task! If there is an issue with the application how are people suppose to schedule a pickup! 2 days im trying to schedule a pick up with no result.. sorry but u cannot just depend on an app if it is not up to the efficency

So the the App keeps giving error during the process of confirming the date and time for the delivery. It's more of a try and try again thing. And yes I did report problem (three times in total till now), no one responded. Secondly, after going through the tedious process as mentioned above, the delivery driver was chosen incorrectly not once but twice hence NO delivery till now. And now again (third time) going through the process of scheduling mentioned earlier. Am I unhappy? YES I AM.

The most horrible, unprofessional service I have ever encountered. I booked my delivery 36 hours in advance, and waited from 9-6 on the day of the pick up with no information and no notifications whatsoever. Finally, aqt 6 p.m. upon checking the status on the app for the 50th time, it showed that the driver cleared the pick up schedule and was NOT COMING. I called the company and they said there was nothing they can do. I was meant to send cookies to a friend, and now they have to go in the bin!

phone number verification process never took place and i never got to experience this service due to technical issues within app, contacted their customer support and adressed the issue. the only solution is that i change my number, disappointed. why do i have to change numbers to make a verified account if their system has limitations and is not flexible.

Hello, can not install the app on my phone. Using a Samsung S10 on Android 11. Never had any issues on my other phones. Love the service. Super simple and convenient to use. Would love to rate higher if I could download and install the app. Thank you.

Excellent service most of the time. Have had a few hiccups along the way but nothing major. Highly convenient, reliable and reasonably priced! App is very easy to navigate, place orders and recieve payment or cash on delivery!

The app development is just ok.. not very good.. a little more detail on options can be provided. The service is poor as I have not received my item yet no proper coordination. They just cancel the delivery without any notice.. the three star is only for your application.. service will not give even one star..

worst service always... i had bad experience with coorporate deliveries while no i had to send some documents urgently yo my bank while they deduct the money from my card and no one evem bothered to pickup the documents and even in the app the delails are so confusing that I had to cancel order and no return of money with waste of money and time.... i cant give negative star otherwise that would be best for this app

Worst customer service. I never got my order and they didn't even bother informing me of the issue. I had to go on the website and use the chat to find out what happened. Even then my money has been blocked and I haven't gotten any update as to how and when they will return it. I understand that times are tough, but this is just purely unacceptable and unprofessional. They don't even answer on the service center number. Will never recommend this service to anyone. Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pick up scheduling is an awful experience.. I have been trying for the last four hours to set an appointment for my credit card and each time I do so it gives me an error message . I don't even have a contact number to communicate with them

3 failed delivery attempt to pick up dental equipment so far. The driver refused to take the package even though its clearly labelled and they have taken payment. My advice is if it is something important use another service. EDIT: I called support already and they told me they refuse to take medical equipment. I informed them it is not medical equipment but they just repeated they can't take it. I've had to make arrangements with another service now because of the urgency.

Horrible experience. Useless and like talking to a wall kinda of staff experience. The pickup driver decides that an item is fragile rejects it picking up. Facts, they don't describe or baseline or at least educate drivers what is fragile. And even worse, the app doesn't tell you. For the record, the item WAS NOT fragile. I don't know what I was expecting really. Please don't reply back my review asking to visit your website, you sound really silly with the copy/past replies

I tried it once to sell something, and they refuse to give me my money back in cash, except in bank account, although I do not have one, so my money is gone, very bad costumer service. This edit is to tell you that I send more than 3 complains,on the website you provided and on the application, but no respond !!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT download. Tried several times to schedule a delivery and the app keeps showing an error message. In below comments Fetchr suggests to reach out to them through social media - they do reply but not further then "we will call you". After 4 days with no news, i call them myself to schedule the delivery. You're better off using their hotline.

Worst app on play store. It make mobile very slow and couldn't accept any command. Even if I try to reschedule my delivery but I couldn't. They will give you delivery when they want. You can't choose your date and time.

Application will not install on S20 FE running Android 11 One UI 3.1 Their service is OK but their application will not install. I sent an email and support decided to send an APK file. I prefer a PlayStore approved application. The rating is for their app, their service for me is excellent though.

The driver came to my house, inspected the package, said it could be damaged, I told him to wait a second while I wrap it to protect it better. He left and when I tried calling him to come back he didn't pick up. Absolute worst delivery app ever. I'd give you zero stars but sadly it wouldn't be enough to describe the hospitality I was treated with. Will never ever ever use this app again and don't recommend ANYONE uses it.

Just awful! This company were supposed to deliver my package on 3 separate occasions and failed to do so every time. In total they have wasted 17 hours of my time that I have been at home waiting. Still no sign of my order and it has now been put on hold so I can't even reschedule it again. No call to rearrange and have spent a significant amount of time trying to get through on the phone. Ridiculous.

Its so disappointing to used this service .the delivery was very delay..i have my important documents but it took how many days now and still not deliver! Knowing the area was within dubai only!and my documents are need to received urgently! Plus youl be worried if they are handling it safe! I will not use this service again! Its very frustrating!

I have a very bad experience with ftchr it self not the App. Very bad service actually I would not recommend using you to anyone. Very slow, very inaccurate, very complex. Very bad.

Great business model. Would be better if it actually worked! Drivers are useless, they don't arrive to fetch parcels in designated time slots and then just cancel the orders. And no one follows up? Don't waste your time creating an app if you're not going to train your drivers

It is a horrible app, with no customer service options, we cannot reschedule the delivery. I recommend you to never use the courier. (I had ordered things worth 200 DHS and it says IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED!!
