This is the worst Fintech app I have wcer downloaded. I funded my wallet and money deducted from my account, but my wallet was not credited until after 7 days, I used the money to pay bill and I couldn't print receipt of my payment. This is very bad, you need to improve on it. Uninstalled until meaningful and sensible update is done.

Please don't download the app.they don't respond to your issue with the app. I have called their customer care almost 50 times and it only went once and the guy promised to send the code to unlock my wallet I waited and waited and I didn't see it. I have also been sending emails to them but no response at all. Don't download the app..they are not organise.

am one of agent. useness platform, customer care error, i av loosed a lot of money when i started this business. they don't rectify and correct when you av problem. wallet credit problem, airtime vend error, bank transaction error. It's very bad businesd

This app is a source of scam, with very poor customer service experience. If you pay into the wallet, the useless app will be telling you your pin is blocked, so you won't have access to your money, and there's no customer service representative to attend to you. Very poor app.

Very poor, just wanted to use it today to recharge my prepaid, but i got disappointed after transfering money into my wallet to enable me recharge the meter but couldn't, used the password given to me to change, but i ended up geeting locked out, have been trying to reachout to the developers, but to no avial

My experience is worst, I stopped using it since last year because of their stupid network. If you but electricity you might not be able to buy it for days or not receiving the pin n they will remove your money. I try using it again since last week but not available again n I can't transfer my money back to my account or buy airtime. They're fraud.

I'm beginning to think that this app is a scam. I funded my wallet from my bank account, it doesn't reflect. I sent email to their address, it was acknowledged, no response. I even chatted with their representative, still the error is yet to be fixed. I'm looking for an appropriate authority to report them

I like how fast the app is and the fact that it is easy to use. Prefer using it for cable subscription because once you pay, it comes up faster than when you use bank app.

Talking about efficiency and reliability, fetswallet app is up there for me as I have been making use of it for some time now and my experience has been amazing. It is Highly recommendable.👍🏾👍🏾

You always get debited on an unsuccessful transaction. Though, they do reverse but always it takes like three weeks or a month. Not a perfect app

The worst app I have ever used, if you don't want to lose your money, stay clear of this app. Their customer service is worst, fund was sent to them and they never credited your account. They don't deserve the one star but I need it to give a feedback.

This is the most fraudulent and scam app I have ever seen. They debited my wallet and failed to give meter token. I contacted their customer care, the responded that refund will be made under 24hrs but failed to do so. PLEASE, DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR INSTAL the app. The management is fraudulent. They are scammers. Playstore should get them off their store. DO NOT PATRONIZE THEM. Be warned.

This app has been the best so far for me,especially when using it for cable subscription, airtime recharge and funds transfer. I've been using it for over 4 years now and no regret so far

App doesn't not show outstanding bill for postpaid users. It's also does not have the option to add reoccurring transaction. So what then is the use of I can't save a transaction I do regularly

Is this even an app.problems everywhere. Very difficult to use unlike other wallets I know. Funding the wallet isn't even easy to make and everything just seems to breakdown. The most useless app I've used in a very long time.

This app is very bad, I advice you do not download the app.. I've registered and can't login. It keeps telling me my pin has been locked.. when did I even create a pin,that it is locked?!. This app is just trash.. please remove it from playstore

The app is very fast and easy to use. I use it for my dstv subscription, airtime recharge and money transfers.. Very convinient.

This app is a big disgrace. It only works 2 out of 10 times. It's either connection failed or Time out error.... infact, I doubt if the developers of this app ever try using it. It's not encouraging at all.

I signed up at first it says the customer has registered bfr, which have never did. I used another number, no provision for password during registration. after registration it prompt pin as new user, I entered a desired pin. Still not working

You guys needs to work on your support. Your response time to issues should be within 24hrs and not 3days to weeks. I got debited from my Fetswallet and was not issued a token. I sent emails upon emails before it took them 3 days to refund. I couldn't wait and I had to go IBEDC office to pay meter bill. My advice is they should work on their response time to issues on payments and walleting....

Any time I want to login, it will tell me incorrect PINand I will have to call the customer care before I can access my accountthe last one was so annoying after getting access to the fets account, I transferred money into my wallet to to buy IBEDC unit, trying to use the pin against told me incorrect PIN. I tried few times thereafter and told me my account has been blocked I should reach the customer care. I've been trying to reach the customer care line and yet it is not available my money is

This application have been a very good one since my usage really easy my means of transaction incase of disappointment from my other alternative channel and I make this known to all my family and friends to also use this Fets application as well most especially for there Utility bills. After registering i find it hard to change pin in order to activate wallets as i got prompted with the message that the input pin is wrong. Am blocked and i should a number that is not in existence 234(1)631*****

I just tried funding my wallet, I got a message that it was successful and a text message from fetswallet confirming it, but till now my wallet has not been credited and there was no means to reach you guys as support.

I bought 2000 electricity bill with this app and they deduct my money. Since then till today i have not received token. I have been calling their customer care and message them severally nothing come out of it. It a pity using this app.

The app needs serious upgrade. Such a big mess called an app.. Waste of data and resources keeps loading and giving error... The developer needs to seriously fix certain issues... My rating is -5 negative 5
