It's horrible. I can't create an account because the OTP they sent me doesn't work. Also, they keep sending me the same OTP so essentially, I am stuck with a silly OTP that doesn't work. There is also no easily available helpline or email address to write in to. 10/3 Finally managed to create an account but now I can't log in cos the password (supposed to be the activation code for 1st time log in) does not work. System is supposed to send me an OTP but did not do so.
29th March 2019: Updated app afew days ago & i can't log in at all with my ID/Card Num & password. Keep saying ' EZ Link Account Exists,Pls log in with your ID Num & password ' I'm using Samsung Galaxy Note 8 & jusr upgraded to Android 9 version. Now i could not top up the card for my daughter to use at all.. it's been a week & this app is still not working. Pls fix it asap.
Login is slow with graphic balls bouncing. More than 1 touch is required for any move on screen. Lots of waiting...
now you have to upload an image of your ID via the app and grant Ezlink staff all access to the submitted data. otherwise no top up is possible . how are the images transmitted and stored? what usage will Ezlink staff be using with these information? non existent data protection information from Ezlink.
Very poor user experience. I kept getting the error message "Internal Server Error" whether I'm trying to login, change password or update phone number.
Fingerprint login doesn't work. At every log-in using fingerprint, it'll tell me that my username and password don't match. Pffffft.
the purpose of updating is 2 make it smoother and faster.. not the other way round..🤬.Updating ur server, pls notify the user so perchance won't B decline..
I have a $200 Fevo Master Card, but I can't use it cause the system doesn't respond to any login or activation. What is the use of this card? I'd rather use cash!!! What a failure!
Stupid new design website portal. Always "NO RESPONSE FROM SERVER". Need a lot of further improvement. Old format much better. Please Revert Back. Thanks.
Since the new update I was able to log in once and thought it looked great, but now it won't let me log in with my card. It wants me to log in with an ID number. What is that?
Logged in but can no longer see my card. Topped up the card but not reflected and cannot make transaction Card value was stolen online but no one responded to my call. Very disappointing prepaid credit card
Possible scam! I spent lots of time & efforts to get hold of the Prepaid MasterCard but to discover I couldn't activate via this silly app which keeps showing Internal System Error message after keying in OTP. 4 attempts made over 4 days - all failed! Customer Service Officer promised it should be fixed by 23 Jan 2020 but it didn't happen. Hence for those who are in same shoes as me, you may wish to lodge a police report which I'll be doing soon. P/S - look at the number of bad reviews here!
Do not understand why you need permission for managing and to make phone call. When have issue send message but no response.
Stuck at the login screen after the latest app update. Now I can't check my remaining balance. Thinking of reporting this to the authorities. There should be laws protecting consumers using such stored value facilities and SLAs that businesses need to adhere to.
The prepaid Mastercard can't use it to pay credit card bill online!!! Is it not actual cash credit?? Why can't use it same as cash to pay bank bills???

Terrible & troublesome card, always have problems to login......
One of the most unfriendly app. Trying to activate and set up my new card but with lot of difficulty. Though managed to activate, i have no idea how to log in the app, since there is no new user registration. Then i have to select forget password. App keeps reject my new password but with no hints. Thereafter i have to go through OTP vrification, including one sent to my emai and twice to phone. While managed to log in, encounter twice internal error while trying to add the new card.
