Great look and feel. Easy to use and gives lots of information. I am able to make payments to my Bill's and perform a number of transactions that I wasnt able to perform previously. Activating an electricity service to my new flat was a snap and I did the complete transaction without the need to come to office. Seems alot of efforts went into making this new app. Keep it up.
It's almost impossible to type your card number and other details. This issue have been there in app from more than 6 months, while I'm trying to pay today its the same.
The app is too good, very well designed and to the point. But I had a very tough time entering my Emirates id number because it would not show the "-" itself and would not allow me to type. If I entered the ID number without '-', it would ask me to complete the number of digits. Some redesigning of code required at the backend. Rest all is great. Thanks
Too much technical problems with system to have link with service account,lengthy procedural time can be reduced, live chat room didnt allow to speak with agents smoothly etc
App is worth only for viewing usage and bills. Not supporting payments. Jebrish while typing credit or debit card number.
Always hanging during bill payments.
User friendly interface. Ease to use compared to old app. Required further improvements on : Touch ID doesn't work, Payment history is limited to 12 months only, 'Remember me' option during login doesn't work. More stars if improves
We can only rate an application which is operational and opens up !!! Everytime they update the app it hangs and unable to open or log in as it does not load.... Poor app and hence zero rating !!!
The big problem in this app that we cannot make payment its showing 3D not able to pay so only 2 star
Can't login,, doesn't show bills and you can't pay them. Rubbish App really
App is good and easy to use. But every time wants to login. It must have an option to save the login details. The 'Remind me' option is not working at all.
Can't link my account, app not connected to old app, and old app not working anymore!! When adding my account with my ID it says already connected with another ID !! Excuse me what other ID????? Now can't pay the bill and can't do anything with it!! Why did you create another app with same logo and same name that messed up everything?? Please fix this NOW !!
App logging out when pressing refund button after move out process and even crashing ....tried clearing app cashe but still same
At least when you update for a new software.. test it!!! Give instructions!!!! Link it to the older software!!! Instead of making things easy for customers, this new version is not working properly.. i try to link to my account it says business partener number is linked to another ID... stupid app

I can't pay the bill.. I tap on pay now button and it shows enter the amount. There is no option to enter amount. While click back it will show select an amount, there is no selection also..
Been using the app for quite some time now and has been convenient when it comes to payment but recently app became slow and showing a lot of error . Recently, I can't even acess it , app was asking me to update to the latest version when I'm already using it 🤷♀️
New design best design! Earlier, the app wasn't that friendly but now it is. I got to know my bill very easily. In one word, this new Fewa app is ' intuitive '. Keep it up!
Very important app. For me. Would like to inform developer that I've been trying from yesterday to pay my bill but every time i reach payment section and choose credit card it hang and sign me out. This never happened before. Thank u hope to solve it soon
The application is good but, it will be the best one, only if FEWA can provide an option to pay the water and the electricity bill separately . So that the customers can pay the higher amount (either it is electricity bill or water bill ) completely by paying the other bill in less amount or keeping pending.
Very bad apps...old app was very good..Just discontinued my old account...no link to update...It's showing account already exist while updating...poor performance...Old apps was very good...now I am going to use kiosk to pay money...going back to old practice...no more apps...This is not upgrade it's down grade of Apps :(
Service currently not available. Please try again later. I got the error almost every time i check, and it should have a remember password. No need, to login every time i get into the app.
Thank you for releasing such a great app, by far much more superior than the previous one, more user friendly, many new functions and compatible with my iPhone and Android even after OS upgrades. Please keep the improvements coming
Despite all the updates but still can't login through "Smart access" it stays in the browser and doesn't return to the app like other government services apps.
Did not like the new App. I felt the old one was much better. Good interface and all but it is just not FEWA enough for me. Appreciate the effort.
Problem resolved. Updating to 5 stars. Good app. Problem nowadays is it doesn't accept full payment amount. I have to reduce 1 fils inorder for it to accept the payment otherwise it gives error.
Before it was okay, now not able to pay through "Pay Now" option Proceed button always disabled. When you try to go to "Bill payment" option the account showing is the inactive one. No option to change the account to the active one.

Many things are missing and not clear .got lost just fir example could you please try to change lang and see whats going on .it ussless
