Most jobs do not appear on jobs page. Then open notification tab, got 4 missed jobs. Huh? Driving mah, how to refresh or monitot all the time? Also when job comes in, no ping to notify us. No sound, not even vibrations.

Server down and resulting in no delivery business for a very very long time. Kept indicating " timeout " as well despite restarting the application umpteen times.

Account blocked for no reason. Call office no answer. No reply from email too. TERRIBLE APP. Dont waste time staring for orders. Never will come.

There is no sound or pop up indicating jobs, please add at least sound, if not tab out wont even know got jobs.

Too few jobs. Sometimes can wait for 4-5 hours till job comes in, even there's job. It can be far away pickup.

Unable to upload photos of ic and driving license. Pls fix. Thx!

This app is lousy. It can't even perform the most basic like upload photo even with permission given

The apps have problem to let me attached my doc... tried so many times...

Please show all the jobs in Singapore where we need to know where are the places needed people. We can't wander around headless.

Please have a review(issue with jobs)section for every job.

Always miss my call

Bad service. No response and reply even after you email them. Call them, no response. Even after their lunch time. No technical support. Definitely can't get any help after office hours. Apps always hang, have to uninstall and reinstall. Unable to receive any jobs many times. After you download the apps, do the registration. Still have to go office to do registration again and attend training.

As alot of driver joins in, then a cicular notice were send to us of being late to deliver the goods or can't deliver at all. You don't have to be greedy or afraid that others will take it if you're slow to bid. To this kind of drivers, please think of others who fulfill their job on time or way beyond the 90mins. Before there's a lot of job but now it seems scarce. Please do consider before you bid for a job. Peace out to all drivers.

Should factor in erp/parking charges to central/cbd/malls/commercial buildings. Becos some jobs are short distanced hence no car in their right minds would accept such low-tiered less than $12 jobs as after deducting all the costs, they earn only peanuts.

To the greedy drivers out there . If you can't take the job . Don't take lah . Less job due to customers complaint . Lateness and so on . You know who you are . Hope Fastfast will bar them for good .

Not what i expected, really no job at all. Worst must down payment credit, so u guys earn our money and we cannot earn a penny. Lousy, no wonder nobody use u guys.

Accounts does not bother to check even when u call in and state u did not receive the money in bank! Worst still give nasty attitude. Drivers, dun expect to get help when you face problems, they will jus brush you aside.

only 1 or 2 jobs every 2 days, as good as no jobs as that only 1 job for the day got taken before u even got a chance to view it.

U can download this and head down for their interviews if you have alot of time to spare.be warn that there are no jobs at all...99% of the time when u log into the app. Try others instead. Good luck to this company.

Better luck with Lalamove and Gogovan... this app is pathetic. Three jobs in 6 hours. Very inadequate marketing on FastFast's end. It's not ethical for this app to claim to be a good source of extra income every month.
