The app is easy to use but after the update I can no longer use my fingerprint to log in.
it does what I need it to do. I love sending pics of receipts rather than sending them in like the good old days.
For the most part, we are very happy with this App. The only time we are not, is when a charge is denied and we cannot figure out why..... It doesn't tell you.

I have a username and password but this app will not let me log into my acct. The website times out also, so it is allost impossible to manage my acct.
This is the worst app in the history of apps. Complete waste of time...error after error!!
I have an online account but I can't login to the app.
App says I don't have an account. Emailed the situation (tired of waiting on hold) they emailed me my balance and told me I could register and log on. Tried again and it still says I don't have an account. Completely useless app and customer support

I downloaded the app and didn't understand it at first. So I didn't use it for a while. Later I got documentation request from ff flex and I delayed the process til the last day. I called and they walked me thru the process. It was so easy. After the representative explained it to me, I loved it! This is a great app!
Someone needs to fix all these issues. I can log on fine on my laptop. But this mobile app. Says I have the wrong password. Please fix. Thanks.
App doesn't show my claims, never notifies me of any alerts, and won't show transactions.
Not allowing me to even set up my account
Galaxy Note 2- During set up: After you input all your personal info (step 1). It freezes @ step 2 & gives error msg: "object reference not set to an instance of an object".
I cant even set up my account, despite several attempts and following the directions to a "T". It keeps saying object not set up to reference.
Won't let me set up my account! I give up!!

This app is really nice looking however submitting claims does not work properly. when I submit a claim I fill out all the information and then attach the receipt. after submitting the app says there was an error and to try again. However each time you push try again it re submits it without you knowing. now the other issue is even though it submits it even if it says there was an error it removes all attachments resulting is your claim getting denied
