I've had this app for about 3yrs now and it has always been fine until here recently. Everytime I click on it it crashes and then it'll say it has a bug. I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times that it's so pointless. What is going on?

All I get is the opening white screen with the logo. I've used this app for years and never had an issue until recently.
I have been trying to use the app for two days. It keep saying an error and the app has a bug. I contacted the Financial Institution and they told me it is compatible with my phone and should work. I have deleted the app and restarted my phone twice, and it still will not work.
This app will not even open. It just stays on the screen with the FFB logo and then causes my entire phone to glitch

I have been trying to use the app for more than a week, it says it has a bug to contact the developer, I contacted FFBLA just to be told sorry, it should work...I have been using the app for years with no problems, now I can't access anything
Excellent easy to use Edit : As of 8/10/21 it's locking me out due to automated click programs... I had to look up what they mean and found the most likely problem. I just emailed the developer but am locked out as of the above date. We will see but it's a useless app right now. Well, it's been 1 month since I tried to work with support and nothing... I must revise my rating as this app has become useless to me They revised it without notification... Pathetic communication ....
I'm not impressed with this app update. I try to sign in on my Android and after about a minute, the app says "The Mobile Banking application is experiencing issues. Please ensure you have the latest version of the application, check your network and try again." I have the latest version. It's NOT working at all! Please fix it, First Federal!
I love the app. My only problem with it is the app stays running after you log out. Why? Fix it! I was ready to upgrade this review then I needed to check 2 months previous and found out there is no way to get off to look. I like the app for 5he most part. This is a big issue for mobile apps Please fix it
The app was working well until recent updates. Now it will not open when an autofill app is present. I have shutdown and disabled my autofill which makes all other apps require manual sign on. Result? Still will not open. Still useless
I have been using this app for years but now it will not work. I don't know if it's my new phone or what but it will not load at all. Please fix this.

I love this app. It's easy to use and until now, I haven't had any problems. This morning it won't load. I tried uninstalling the app and even restarted my device but I still can't open it.
This app has always worked and was so easy to use. But it doesn't seem to work with Android 12. It keeps cutting off when I try to open it.
If I could give a 0 star I would. Since the update yesterday I can now no longer open the app. It tells me I have a click app on my phone which I do not and closes. It is useless at this point.

It used to be an okay app, but now it just doesn't open. Will likely go to a new bank with a working app.

This app was working fine till last night when suddenly it will not run do to Click apps?what are click apps? 8/13/21 and still not fixed!!! Update 3-22-22. This app is not a security risk to.my phone and unusable again!
