FFB Mobile works with any account type, and all data is sent over a secure, 128-bit encrypted channel.

This app was a waste of my time. Downloaded it to use it, made sure my account and number were set up for mobile banking but it would not find my wifi connection to connect to my account. Phone, app - all updated. Other apps connect just fine.

If you never anticipate travel, have no intentions of moving, don't need access to your money, don't need to make purchases, and enjoy terrible and unreliable customer service, then First Fidelity is the perfect bank for you! First Fidelity: where 4 calls and 4 weeks isn't enough to fix a simple mistake!

I like this app. It's very convenient. Only update I would like to see is if you have more than one account it would be nice to see them all or at least be able to choose which account you would like to view. Currently it only shows me the one that I use the least & I have to utilize the transfer button to view my balance in any additional accounts. Gets frustrating at times. Especially when needing my account balances quickly.

If you are having problems viewing your accounts go to the bank and have them do an update and your problems should be resolved.

The percenrage of times that the app service is unavailable (simultaneously with the online banking) is astounding. I can't tell you the number of times I've tried to sit down and do my banking and have no access to my accounts - it's enough times to make it ridiculous and come on here and write this rating.

FFB has never failed to impress me! I became a member the day they opened a branch office in my hometown, and they really treat you more like family than JUST a customer! Whether it is I, or them, having a bad day, they never let it interfere with the professionalism exhibited by only the finest institutions! The only way they will lose me as a customer is when I am buried! Loyal to the end!

I'm not giving 5 bc of the simple fact that when in the transaction screen it doesn't show the balance after each deposit/transaction. It would be really helpful if you did an update including this feature.

It won't let me check my other accounts from here. On My computer I can switch between my accounts but not on here. Frustrating
