I kept my account open for transfers and started using it again. Same problems everybody is talking about. Finger or passcode keeps saying needs authorization can't log in at this time and have to go thru the log in process again with the 2 step process. What a joke. Good thing I have another bank .

Not user friendly, at all. As a Home Savings customer, I was used to their clean, concise account display and the functionality of their app. From transfers between accounts to mobile check deposits to searching for specific transactions, it was incredibly easy for every user. When HS/FFB/Premier became one, I wish a version of Home Savings mobile banking had been kept rather than this mess of an app.

After spending some time with this app I find it extremely limited and not particularly useful. The only way to make a mortgage payment is via transfer from a deposit account. No way to make an external transfer from the app, you have to use the online site. I'm used to being able to do everything from a banking app that can be done on their Web site, including mortgages, amortization tables etc. Hopefully Premier is working on expanded capability.

I have been very unhappy with this app and most aspects of this bank since the merger. I have had to uninstall and reinstall this app multiple times because it keeps opening up a blank screen. The first time the app didn't work, I tried to get a balance inquiry at the atm and that didn't work either. It kept saying Invalid Account. I am seriously considering changing banks if these issues continue. I was happy when it was still Home Savings.

I like the app minus the fact I have to put in my user name and pin every time. I liked before when I could access it with a 4 number pin.

Checks will not go through if they have any kind of pattern or are written in any color ink other than black. It's very frustrating.

Super buggy, loses credentials and must sign back in constantly. Even when I have print biometric identification on it will boot me back to the sign on page

Horrible, I waste so much time with this app. It takes me longer to sign in, than what I am signing in to do. Which is usually something as simple checking my balance. The app is so redundantly and consistently complicated to just use, that I would rather not use it at all. But, using the website on a mobile device is almost as bad as using the app, because of loading speeds and mobile screen adjustably issues. I hate that these are my options, considering changing banks because of this.Shame.

Does the job but re-registering and enrolling your device every few days is really aggravating. I use the app every 2-3 days and need to redo it at least every 4th use

They recently added fingerprint login. It was working fine for about a month. Then it started saying authentication required. So I use my username & password. But then I have to have a code texted to me. Then I have to enroll in online banking again. So I enter my mobile number and it says it's already enrolled. This only happens within the app.If I uninstall and reinstall that seems to fix the problem only for about a day or two. Then it starts acting up again. The app just keeps getting worse.

This whole merger has been a nightmare and the app is no exception. Home Savings Customer for 20 years. I am accustomed to their superior customer service, web site, and app. There is little useful information in the app and now when I open it I am greeted with nothing but a blank screen. I rely HEAVILY on mobile and web for banking and billpay. Strongly considering taking my money to Huntington or some other big bank . Always have to reinstall to get anything other than a blank screen.

Security measures have recently been beefed up which is really annoying. I'm required to log in with each use - I make use of the numerical code option to do so. And now when I want to transfer money between my own accounts I'm required to re-sign in with my much lengthier, more complicated password as well. Super obnoxious.

Apparently hiring incompetence is the thing to do. The app has to be uninstalled every other day and reinstalled just to be able to gain access to an account that has already been registered with a pin, as well as fingerprint for "ease of access " and phone number enrolled for who knows what. Premier bank will no longer be of service to me and hopefully any other customers who continue dealing with the same issues that I do.

This app always shows my numerous accounts. My issue is the login. I have it set for my fingerprint. This never works. Many times I need to reenroll and receive a code by text. These extra steps take lots of time. I also wish there were more features on the app for Bill pay.

This app is terrible! Biometric logins work for maybe a month then fail and the only way to make it work again is to delete the app and download it again. It's slow and often doesn't work. The options are limited with what you can do with the app and it often doesn't register pictures of checks for deposits. But don't use the app check deposit option on a Friday because you'll be lucky if you get it by Wednesday. Premier bought out my old bank and I hate this app so much I'm closing my accounts

Horrible! This app is basically useless. I have to "enroll" in mobile banking every time I want to use the app. Also, any time you need to set anything up, you have to use the website... So, there's no point in even having the app. It's definitely a reflection of Premier Bank. A terrible app for a genuinely terrible bank!

Works ok for a few days then says authentication required so I have to put all info in again. Won't let me use finger print. I used to be with home saving bank and premier bought them out. Home saving app was awesome and easy to use. Premier bank should have let home saving team design the app.

Update..Uninstaller app then installed again.. able to login now but I still totally agree with all of the ratings here! Yes, they denied a payment and they paid the $50 return fee on it. I was able to log in but on the day I went in the branch with my denied bill, I couldn't log on to the app and haven't been able to since then! 3 days now!! WTH!! app is definitely not smooth or user friendly. Oh...i had to go in to the bank to have them set it all up on my phone took 30 minutes 😡

Have a passcode set up but every time I try to go on the app it makes me sign in with password again, sends me a text code and I have enroll in mobile banking all over again. Doesn't make any sense and it would be nice if this issue was addressed because it's super annoying.

This app is terrible. It works well for about a week then it starts making me sign in again and sign up for everything again. I only keep it cause it is more of a pain to login to the website on my phone than the app. Almost want to change banks because of the app.

I HATE this app. It requires me to "authenticate " my stuff EVERYTIME I log in. There's times it refuces to save my name then I have to go and re enter that, refuces to except my bio metrics anymore either. It all happened after the last "update" they did and its never been right since! It's as bad as the bank itself. I want Home Saveings Back!!!!!

App is severely lacking. Need to register a pin to log in or get sent a pass code every time, cant transfer money from one account to another. Simply shows account balance and send a text with any transaction of any amount. Hopefully there's an update/upgrade soon.

Everytime i try to login in with my fingerprint or something it always stops working after 2 weeks then i have to delete the app and reinstall and do everything all over again for being such a big bank you would thing they would have a great app, wrong this app is complete trash fix your app

Garbage. Never get anything but a blank screen. I called customer service and they blamed it on my internet (which runs streaming services all day with any issues or interuption). After returning here to uninstall and reinstall AGAIN, I decided to read the reviews. It's obviously PREMIER BANK, and not the fault of anyone else.

Received an e-mail that I need to upgrade to version 5.0.0.1452 by 10/15/21, but this app hasn't been updated since March 2021! The app is terrible anyway and I may need to find a new bank. It does not remember fingerprints and constantly needs me to sign in, but does not remember the information I've asked it to save. It's frustrating because I did not have issues with the Home Savings app.
