Pure user interface and performance. It's sad that the club is really good and is kind of on the upscale side, but does not invest in technology to make their mobile app modern and easy to use
Fitness fomula is a wonderful fitness club, it has all you can ask for and more but this app is terrible and not user friendly. I look forward to the improved app soon.
No different than the other reviews. For a gym that markets themselves as premium, the app leaves a lot to be desired. No fingerprint/face login, no enhanced functionality.
The FFC gyms are great but the app is not functional. You cannot add classes to your calendar and it's impossible to see the class list with the opacity of the background
the android version is horrible you can't even schedual breaks from it and its always needing to restart.
This is probably the worst app I have on my phone. The design is less than the quality you would expect of a 12 hr hackathon and the features are lacking
Android version is slow to respond with login info. Sign-in user name can't be changed. AWFUL.
Bar code for entering needs to be more freindly. Hard to find some times.
Cant add classes to calendar
FFC is a well equipped, clean inviting workout environment with an enrolling, professional staff.
Horrible design. Unable to change my home gym. Membership bar code should appear immediately. Contact information for gym is not accurate... Details to my home gym which I can't change. Pretty thought it and needs a total overhaul.
I don't have problems with the app on my phone. However, it is not compatible with my Android Wear 2.0 watch. I would really like to have it on there. Please fix this!

To fix classes issue. I had to delete the app. Restart my phone. Re-install the app and login again.
Basic app to get information about the clubs, I miss the feature to export the card to my wallet just like in iPhone
With the latest update, the best feature (class schedule) went away. Please fix!
The text placement over the images makes it too difficult to read. Defeats the purpose. I miss the old app.
Terrible! I only uploaded.the new version of this app because my (old) phone died. Bring back the previous version; it's easier and more coherent to use.
This version of the app actually decreased information (can't see club hours, can't search classes by instructor), and makes the info harder to see by overlaying that picture of the pool. Also, why are there so many shortcuts to call the clubs? Who is calling the front desk so often? No one. This version of the app is just annoying, and it's not useful.
For as simple as this app is. Development should catch the wrong resolution across phones etc. Looks awful especially I have to see it every time I check into the club.
I absolutely love the FFC clubs, but the Android app is barely usable. You can scan in to the club and, occasionally book an appointment, but you can never check your booked appointments in the calendar and you can rarely add your booked appointments to your own calendar. This app needs major work.
