As per the update on 6/21/21, the app no longer works. the link on their website takes you to this old app as well. please enter "First Financial of New Mexico" to transfer to their new one. wish it was easier I had to do some sleuthing.

Loved this! Used it all the time with ease and simplicity but since it was updated it won't let me download it. Followed all the instructions and it won't work. I thought the update was supposed to make it better? Should've left it alone, it was fine. It's frustrating.

I can transfer money back and forth and quickly from my own accounts or ffcu loan and the money can be use that instant I confirm it. I have to login to the website if I want to transfer money to other members. I had to add them to my online account 1st but I wish I could do this via app.

Yeah, let's implement a new version of the app where instead of installing an update we force you to uninstall the whole app and redownload it expecting everything to change just like that.

I had to download this after the s9 update. It won't let me login on the app, but online, everything works fine. Unimpressed to say the least

doesnt work anymore on Samsung galaxy s9 after the update it stopped working. guessing first financial doesn't care enough to keep up with android updates.

The online banking has way more info than the app. I had multiple messages on the website from FFNM, but the app showed ZERO messages.

6/22 update did not work. Android user. Uninstalled reinstalled even cleared cache and data...does not work.

Invalid login message error needs to be fixed. I had no issues with the previous app. I can also logon onto the regular website just fine.

I try to log into the app and I can't but I can online which doesn't make sense. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but I'm still having the same issue

Very useful. I'm happy that I have the access to check my balance on multiple accounts, make transfers, ect.

For FFCUNM customers a necessary tool. Unfortunatly ive been unable to get the new version! Followed dumb instructions all thru and nope!

Easy to navigate, easy to use, love the speed of retrieving info.

Its easy to use, dont have to drive to check out money, make deposits, and pay a fee to review my balance.

everything was working fine for about 6 months then all of a sudden nothing. didnt switch phones or anything

New update for the 6/22/21. Did not work and app isn't working at all.

Updated the new app and it stopped working. Uninstalled and re-installed and still doesn't work.

I used to use this app, and it was good. I just go through Google for it now. I think they changed the icon. I should try it again and see the difference now.

Invalid log on. You would think this would work since we had to download update.

Is anybody else stuck in the authentication load up screen also went on the main webpage and couldn't log in.

I keep getting an error message "OFX cant accept DS" and I cannot log into the app as of today

Won't let me log in. It says invalid login. It turned out to be very inconvenient !

This app doesn't work. Also, it shows what's new except none of it is new. If it ain't broke don't break it. :(

Mobile deposit requires endorsements to be written on the checks, but the image capturing software makes those endorsements unreadable.

This app was functional before my phone updated and it doesn't work at all.

Leaves much to b desired. Limited options and random defaults of the app make me want to switch banks.
