I have waited to post review on this in order to give time using it. Regrettably the "motion" portion of the app does not record exercise routine, often. I have reported the issue twice, with no resolution. When pressing the long pause, then stop, then back...it goes back to a blank screen more often than it actually tracks it. You have to be mindful to take note of how many minutes you've exercised (I track in Noom), otherwise you've lost your info. The rest works well enough for what I wanted.

I don't like that it only sync the app/information that it's wants to.. I should be able to choose the apps on my phone that I want to sync.. not only the given apps that pre set up on the app.. half of those preselection are useful as ppl doesn't used those... I have Verizon messages not regular SM messages.. so my messages doesn't sync... I should be able to sync all email providers like yahoo... not just Google!!! Fix this and allow users to sync what they want from their phone.

Could be easier. I had a hard time setting everything up. I wish I could turn off the automatic turn on feature by time. Like q do not disturb function of sorts. At night I hate that feature every time I adjust my pillow it turns on. So I had to turn it off. It's not accurate with sleep. Maybe I lay down at 820pm but I went to bed at 9:00pm. I purchased two GoFit watches to track Blood Pressure and Heart rate during migraines. This was on the recommendation of my PCP. I wish I had done more research. Even after calibration, readings weren't even close to a BP cuff. Notifications from apps , or lack thereof were disappointing. Sleep recording function is virtually non existent. Customer support is also just about non existent. They got my money for the cost of the two watches, my mistake !!

I love the look of the watch and i love what it does, but I am finding that the counters aren't accurate e.g sleep and step counter. Sleep counter still has me asleep when I have been up and about for a couple of hours and step counter does not count accurately. Would like to see this fixed.

The watch that goes with this records a false step count & the watch will not sync with Google Fit. Really poor quality.

Beautiful watch but it does not monitor blood pressure or heartrate and the optical sensor does not light up? Watch is just over 2 months old. Please advise on how to fix

No provision for additional cloud based watch faces in this app only limited no of watch faces. Customisation of image is not possible for jpg images , kindly let me know the format required for customisation.

The app is hard to use it been hour to find their bluettorh connection to the watch they are not easy to find the smart warch by means of bluettooth. I regret buying this watch . A waste of money Not recommendalble to buy this chinese smart watch.

Have had the watch and app for a week Tracking of BP, blood o2, "motion" is non existent. There are categories but the watch and app simply report " no data". Reporting of sleep is inconsistent. Will report one night but not the next. Even when the watch has not even been removed between those nights of sleep. ( so no user error).

Basic. There are never updates, same watch faces, bp monitor isn't correct. If you want to tell time, count your steps then this is the watch for you. Anything over and above that, I'd look elsewhere

Product not to bad. It claims it connects with Google Fit but it definitely doesn't sync and update steps sadly. Would be great if it offered a simple time only watch face.

The app is resource limited. Could be export the data to see the track in another application like gmaps.

It binds but doesn't sync....no point of it, if it doesn't do what its suppose to! I've done feedback twice but no one email back....

Just got a new smart watch, and I love it! The app I'm forced to use? Love is not the word I would use. It connected just fine the first day I connected it. Everything was working perfectly. Now, a few days later, my watch will bind to the app, but not sync the data. I tried turning off both watch and phone, tried uninstalling and reinstalling which made multiple features and measurements disappear. This is ridiculous.

This seems to be a very good fitness app and works well with my smartwatch. However, after the recent update to the app I saw no real changes to the app layout except the addition of three useless watch faces with flowers on them, which I will never use. It would be nice to see more options for digital or analog watch faces instead of silly things like flowers, landscapes and balloons. All in all it is good and functions well with my watch.

Notifications don't seem to work on the watch. Only a constant notification on my phone shows. Touching the notification does nothing, yet you can't get rid of it. It's the only broken feature of this app and watch combo. All else seems to work well. I've emailed all the permissions and notification permission, even reinstalled the app, but nothing seems to work.

I like the watch paired to this app. When I first used the app everything is working. But after a few months, I am not sure if it was updated, I am now having trouble changing the face of the watch. It always fails. Please fix the bug. I also have concern with the sleep monitor. You can not reset the logs, I ended up reseting the watch. Thank you.

Twitter and telephone can remind and display the contents on the watch. All kinds of functions are available. Its very convenient and easy to use. In the past, when I was shopping, my cell phone was in my backpack, and I often missed answering the phone. Now when my mobile phone has a call in, it can display the call information on the watch, and the watch will send out a vibration reminder. Ill never miss a call again.

Keeps unbinding itself from the watch. Really gets aggravating because then it doesnt want to reconnect. And I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. And then it still won't connect. Its ridiculous. So I've had this for months. And all has been well, last night. I went to go change the face on my watch, but the app keeps saying its connecting. And it won't connect anymore. And my watch says it's disconnected. So idk how to fix this.

The watch is great but the app lacks many things that less watches apps have. I do not see any graph history of measurements of periods of time. It does not sync with many other fitness apps, just Google fit primarily and even in that it doesn't sync some of its content. Battery drains fast though inhave constant monitoring off. Needs more watch faces. I love the classic watch face but that one is missing a battery level indicator. Also for notifications. Needs more app notifications.

User watch interface is very frustrating, the camera doesn't work at all, I didn't get it for that, but it should still work. I hate the watch face options, why not have a simple watch face either analog or digital. The app in general seems very poorly designed. Considering returning.

Good app except for: no analog faces for the watch, sleep monitoring stops if you stand up for a leak and go back to bed, and, most of all, NO BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORING, which is the most important function for such a watch. Exactly like for HR but with settable intervals. Otherwise every hour for HR and every 4 hours for BP. In case 5 stars. Last Version makes more difficult to stay connected You should also use swiping to access previous dates' data.

This app is buggy as hell, as is the watch it's meant for. Unsure how accurate heart rate & BP are, step counter has a mind of its own and sleep tracker rarely works, though when it does, it only tracks between 2am and 9:30am! 'Do not disturb' doesn't work, still vibrates to notify calls & messages, even though phone is silent. Message notifications back up over several hours, then all come through at once, so watch vibrates like hell for a few minutes! Tells the time ok though. Meh..!

Where are the analogue faces? Chose the watch for the specific face on both Amazon and eBay images. Purchased the watch, downloaded the app - no analogue face options - let alone the smart one I thought I was getting. Watch being returned and app deleted as a direct result. Both probably work fine, but didn't look remotely like the image I expected so not even going to try to find out!

An excellent purchase for me and my family as it has shown itself to be accurate, useful and most importantly it helps ease my mind about some health concerns that I am tracking. So far so good... I am very impressed and it delivers everything that it promises.

When you download the app on playstore it shows you can change your screen but it does not give you the option????? And the one that is there use all my battery. Disappointmed

Love the watch and would like this app if it would sync with Google Fit, IncentiFit & Samsung Health. If yall can do that, I'll give 5 stars and promote it. Until then, sorry it's just a 2.

Sport mode bpm not accurate. Skin colour choosing also confusing. Lift up screen on not fully functional.
