I've used this app for years without major issue. I guess there was a recent update and now the app won't work at all. Just a blank screen. Tried removing and downloading.

So far so good. Android Debug Bridge warning made it close real fast until I could figure out what it said and lookup how to turn it off.

I would give zero stars if i could. Had a joint account and they didnt even call me to let me know the other party closed the account. Put payments through and they were sent back. An awful bank!

My account is locked out for whatever reason and I am very disappointed. When I called the main office they claim there is no problem, yet when I try to login I cannot and my credentials have never changed.

App does what it is supposed to do. Very easy to mobile deposit and check balances in accounts. It's also simple to transfer money from my checking account into my savings account. The only issue is that occasionally when I'm trying to open the app it crashes and then I have to reopen it and there are also times when the app is unavailable. It isn't frequent enough to not use the app but happens enough that it is a slight annoyance. Overall though, the app helps me to bank better and easier.

Usually easy to use and check account balances.

App doesn't work after last update shows only white screen and freezes

I really would like for this app to work consistently, because when it does work it's slick. I have it on my Android phone and it works for about 2 weeks and then stops working. It's so frustrating. I've talked to them about this and they say they have problems with Android devices. Please fix it.

FFL finally got an app. Now if they could just get one that WORKS consistently. Sure, I can access everything from a computer, but the point of an app is convenience. Full disclosure- I used to work for them many moons ago.

This app no longer works after the update from 4 days ago

It took 8 attempts to get the exact pic that was required to deposit..eventhough the initial "Success!" Came up on the screen like it was captured..i was in good lighting with flash on, so not sure of the ink on the check or paper was too shiny or what...

I've tried uninstalling, then reinstalling the app several times because the screen freezes constantly, not allowing me to log in. When I can get it, it's a good tool to have.

Very easy to use. I would be lost with out it.

I have deleteded and reinstalled 8 times now and all i get is ......FFL APP NOT RESPONDING ...worked good when i did have it , this is the only app i have trouble with !! Cant someone help me !!! The North Ridgeville brach was no help at all !! Have to do everythinh in the one and only drive through !! Talking to a speaker , they will not let you inside !!

Horrible! Every update crashes the app. There was another recent update and the app is not functioning again.

Happy customer for years....Using this app on Android phone...Occasional glitches/unable to log in.... Used for just basic personal banking needs.. Love instant balance feature & ability to make quick internal transfers.... .....only wish can view more past months transactions....

For a week now i have not been able to even get to the loading screen just keeps giving me an "Error" message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times but nothing has changed.

Down loaded app six times , will not open !! Just says.....ffl app not responding .... It worked before then stopped , has never worked again , bank said it was a phone problem , phone people say its an app. Problem !!! Ether way it doesnt work so it is useless !!!

Not great. Always crashes. Will work a few months then nothing. If I couldn't access the website then I'd switch banks.

Twice now I have double paid my mortgage because in the app you cannot see scheduled/pending transfers. This is really inconvenient and could cause financial hardship for people.

Works for what basic needs I have with FFL. App has crashed but nothing you do on it takes very long so it doesn't set me back much.

Does not work since the last update. Gives an error message and won't let you continue. Several calls to the bank the bank has not resolved the issue. They just don't seem to care.

Works great w Google Pixel. Makes banking and staying on top of finances so much easier. Highly recommended!

it seems like anytime after 10pm that i try to log in to check my account that the server is unavailable. other than that its a pretty good app
