- First Federal of Northern Michigan uses a mobile banking solution with your security in mind. Mobile data transmissions are safeguarded by 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to prevent unauthorized access. We’ll never transmit your account number, and no private data is ever stored on your phone. Multi-factor authentication and layered security technology help protect against fraud, and real-time activation via SMS confirms user identity.

- User must have a valid login and password for Internet Banking.
- To use First Federal of Northern Michigan’s Bank App, you must be a First Federal of Northern Michigan customer and enrolled in our online banking service

Not easy to use, I have to go through several links to get the information I'm looking for. Needs to be much more user-friendly.
For some reason I can't login from chrome without changing my pw everytime do to bug. And this app isn't any better. I am vary unhappy with first federal and prob will switch to the credit union my parents go thru. Because it's getting redickulus that ur website can't accept my pw after I changed it days before because of some wierd glitch forcing me to keep rechanging it. I don't have an unlimited supply of major pw. If u use a pw once u can't use it again.
