Please fix the app. Mine all of a sudden says its violated some security policy and shuts down.
Fianlly the app is working so my s22 ultra, but in the bank it offers zelle and zelle itself says they have it so i cant connect my zelle anymore becuse there is no option for zelle
I just had to switch to a new phone Samsung Galaxy A02s and the app downloads but it won't open to I can access it.
Clunky. It won't login and gives an error message if I hit the enter button on my phone's keyboard instead of the login button on the screen. Also, I can't set up Zelle even though the links and website suggest that it it is operational. I have contemplated changing bank for a better mobile and online experience.
Constantly have problems. Forced to change password all the time because I "entered" it wrong. I fail to see how my fingerprint being authenticated enters my password in wrong. Have had 2 instances where the mobile deposit did not work and had to call the bank a week later only for them to say give it another shot. Seriously considered switching banks just because of this app alone Update as of 8/26/21. Once again my fingerprint failed to authenticate my credentials. Fix it yesterday please
App keeps crashing after unrest update
Works well most of the time. Although requiring a password to make an internal transfer after I already had to log in seems redundant and a bit annoying.
Having trouble signing in @ times. Other times it won't load.
Poor quality always has been, closes for no reason. Won't load. Ugh. Enough to make us change banks.
Inconsistent. Isn't available sometimes. Randomly doesn't recognize my password so I have to reset it. Lacks a lot of the bells and whistles of bigger banks.
Updated it and now won't even open

This is literally the WORST banking application to ever exist! Can never sign in, always makes me change my password. Literally three times a week I have to change all my info Everytime. If your into online banking in strongly suggest to NOT GET THIS BANK!
Would be much more user friendly if it would save user name and password instead of making me try to remember my password and type it in once a month when I use the app.
Worst online banking app I've ever dealt with. Half the time it says error occurred please call for assistance and your withdrawals don't post for multiple days sometimes a whole week so you never see your true balance. Basically worthless.
This is a great app for doing a quick balance check or transferring funds between account. I love the instant balance feature.
Easy to use app and secure. One thing I would like to see are pending transactions. Overall I like it.
The connectivity is poor. I can never use it even with excellent wifi signal and 4G. I deleted it.
The app keeps force closing on me and I have no access to any of my account info hopefully there is an update soon. Before this the app was great....
Up and down over time, but continually better. Zelle functionality not working last I checked.

Very easy to use. But wish it had real time purchases, have to use another app to do that.
been not responding since the second week ive had it. hasnt worked in months. deleted and redownloaded and everything..
Unusable, have reset my pw 3 times and still cannot log into the app, despite credentials working for the website.
App was working fine, updated now its not working. Wish I could Uninstaller the update.
