Love this app, but it is in serious need of an update. Missing an entire expansions worth of content and it won't work properly on the newest version of Android. I know all hands are on deck for Endwalker but come on people, app should have at least been updated with Shadowbringers content already.
this was useful when it was being updated. I could look up recipes easily and plan out gathering and crafting while at work! but since it hasn't been touched since 4.2, it's time to let it go. :(
Apparently my phone is too smart for this all. "Built for an older version of Android" but also "update for 4.2" Well, why can't you update the app to work with the newer versions of Android? This gets a 1 until this is addressed successfully.
The app has not been updated with new information reflecting the patches since FFXIV 4.2, and unfortunately it's been announced they will be ending support altogether. I've had a lot of use from this app before then, so I am quite disappointed about this.
This app is very useful to look up items and their stats while being away from my pc. Really wish you could login to this app to see your character and such. It is also in need of being updated to have all the info from 4.3 & 4.4.
Downloaded to use as a basic search tool so i don't need to tab out but it's not even updated to the most recent update (4.6 as of writing this review). missing items from update 4.4 even. App states it's only updated to 4.2, which was on January 30 2018, over a year ago.
It was a good app while it lasted but it hasn't been updated in a full year. Patch 4.5 was just released today and there have not been any updates will probabaly uninstall it soon if that doesn't change.
app hasn't been updated since Heavensward. every time I check for an update it says "There are no updates available". not very handy with a whole expansion + patches worth of content missing. 2 stars for being good aside from that.
Outdated. 5 stars when it does get updated. So old, stopped working when my phone updated today.

I understand they want people to use the newer app but this one was solid and helpful!! To bad SE wasted a good app!!!!

I really like this app.
I am unsure as to why people are giving this a lower rating or saying "It's garbage since the release of Heavensward because it's not updated" which for me was a comment from yesterday. Maybe there are just people using the app who don't realize you have to push YES when it asks if you want to update it? So, if you can be bothered to actually click YES when it asks you to update, get it. Otherwise just leave now and don't leave moronic reviews.
Doesn't show character, only a silhouette. I can even click on my character and it shows me an enlarged picture of my silhouette, that is just lazy.
This app is always one patch behind and seems to be being abandoned in favor of a paid subscription app which is shady as hell and anti-consumer.
I gave you the one-star because this company gave up on this app haven't seen an update in 2 years
I've had this on 5 different phones and 2 different tablets. NEVER had an issue with the app not launching like many other comments indicate. I see 3.0 is finally in the app. Will bump back up to 4 star.
This app was awesome......until Heavensward came out. Now it's nearly garbage. It hasn't been updated since well before the expansion came out. If you are under lvl 50 get this app....otherwise dont
I love the database, I used to love showing my character off to friends and all of that. I haven't used this app in a while and now I'm unable to log in/go to character info? Is it permanently gone?

This used to be a useful app. Why hasn't it been updated? The app is several patches behind.
needs character login back on the app
Loved the app and used it regularly for recipes, finding NPC quest givers/merchants. Was very helpful and made life easier so I didn't have to Google anything. But app hasn't been updated in over a year! Now it won't work on my version of Android anymore either (I have newest version - 10). pretty annoying and sad that I've lost such a helpful tool.
