Very convenient and easy to use. Sometimes you may need to resynchronise the security key by calling the customer support centre. It is an easy process and the support team are quite efficient & helpful.
You guys need to update the app. Make it look a little more modern with modern features and easily accessible to certain sections. Otherwise like that it is there.
Once you install the app it works fine on the first and second attempt.... after that I keep getting an error message and have to reinstall the app again.... THIS IS ANNOYING!!!!
It works great, my only complain is that the UX needs to be redesigned to properly display various functions. And plesse update the app regularly.
Thanks for finally fixing the error the app was giving and its working fine. But I think the app needs to be updated and give it a new look, by the I love the look of the new bank debit cards

Really enjoy using this app show my acc no. When I'm at the bank and forget the no. It's also great if your having money being sent to your acc because then u don't have to go to the bank to check
This is the worst online banking app ever, why have a online banking app if you cannot log in what's the sense of it. Waste of time and rubbish. Can't the bank update the app so persons can at least log in.
What's the purpose of the update on the app if it's not functional...I deleted and redownloaded this app 3 times and it keeps telling me error. This is very disappointing
When is the new app coming out? This one is a disaster. It constantly freezes, requiring my phone to be rebooted.
Im now quite upset, was excited about d idea of an easy use at first introduction now... I cant even log in... it doesn't give me d option to even use an access code if it has authentication problems... Ms. Disappointed
This app is garbage. Whenever I try to sign in the app keeps saying connection error and then it closes.

State of the art and easy to use
Horrible experience. Constantly down, doesn't load quickly, when I do get to log it doesn't show my balance or recent transactions, doesn't auto update when all my other apps do. Scotiabank has a much better app design and is easier to use. Hire better app developers and stop being satisfied with mediocrity, it's not that hard.
