GDL laws were adopted after studies showed that practicing with a parent, guardian or experienced driver results in much safer drivers. This app helps make sure the practice time is completed while also giving unbiased feedback on the highest risks from each drive.

HOW IT WORKS:
Using GPS on the phone, drivers start and stop driving trips to record the hours behind the wheel.
Distractions are recognized if other apps are opened when the app is recording a drive.

• Speeding against posted limits with statistics on average speed over limit and more
• Acceleration and hard braking near a traffic light which indicates potential red light running.
• Speeding through a traffic light with additional penalties to overall score.

This app is beyond horible. It doesn't give you the time of the distance your drove. It say drive time <1 minutes and when you click to get more info it crashes
Buggy. I have been using it for 3 days. In 3 out of 5 drives, it records, but no distance. Doesn't cumulate the drives.
Unreliable: difficulty creating account (maybe server issue). After a few week stopped tabulating time. Better to manually record data then rely on app.
It's been stuck on downloading trips since 2 weeks ago. I tried everything, uninstalling & reinstalling the app but same problem
App does not work. Stuck in dowoading trips. Uninstall/re-install does not fix it.
Will not even let me log in, heard others have had this problem too.
Nothing works
Logged in no problem, but won't turn on to actually track driving. Would still be useful if you could enter data manually to track hours, but it doesn't seem to be able to do that either.
When I click the start trip button, it doesn't start a trip. I can't seem to figure it out, my GPS is on.
Freezes and won't let you create account or us app
While I find the app useful, there's a big issue to be fixed. The app won't stay in the foreground, like GPS apps. If I don't keep tapping the screen, my phone falls asleep and then it says that I left the app, registers as distraction incident and drops the score. That's 100% not fair since the app is on MY phone, not on my daughter's. (Btw, same happens if I open anything else while the app is running.) It's discouraging for students to see their score lowered for NOTHING and it's so annoying.
