if there is the option for no stars, I will pick up that option. the app doesnt load properly (though you have stable and good connection), doesnt allow you to log in seamlessly (you gotta wait a thousand years and sometimes you will encounter an error), doesnt load the list of clinics properly (just in case the one you used to go dropped out of the list), doesnt filter the search list properly, etc. basically, this app is bound to fail.
Useless app. I booked a health screening review a few weeks ago with a female doctor via the app but Fullerton called me later and told me the doctor couldn't make it and they didn't give me a proper satisfactory solution or explanation why when I requested specifically for a female doctor. Couldn't even rebook via the app. Disappointing and unprofessional.
Terrible support, unable to reset password as it says I did not register any email account, despite the fact that I've already registered both email and contact number. Emailed them regarding the log in issue, and explained why I wasn't able to reset via app, all 3 times was told to reset password via app even after being told I can't. Hotline is useless as it never ever got through. It's a fairly easy to use app, until you faced a problem and they just don't bother.
It took me 10 minutes to submit my claim through this app. The app goes into loading everytime i enter or select something and takes very long to load. worst of all, the app does not accept my camera picture quality for submitting the invoices because the file is too big. i had to manually find and change my camera settings. now imagine the man hours of productivity it can cost the client company using fullerton as their main provider.
Just log in, have not start anything. Remarks shown (Your session has expired. Please login again) I haven't start the application, just log in only. Session expired?! I re-login again. Same remarks happened. So I uninstalled n installed the apps again at least 3 times. Still the same remarks happened for the 3 re-installed. 🤦♀️At the clinic, we need show to the staff before they can attend to us. But HOW with this problem. Already sick n feel uneasy still need to solve this apps problem. 🤮
Cannot be log into the FHN3 app. It keep appearing message for incorrect User ID and password..Eventhough have unistall and re-install the app..Also try to click "forgot password" after account been locked. However, problem still remain the same as incorrect ID and password. Please check and review your app on how to resolve the problem. Thanks.
Useless app. Used the forgotten pw link multiple times and have been waiting for 12h for the link to enter my email, yet it still hasn't come. Booking system is of a different portal, and it is useless as well. If my firm weren't under this healthcare provider, i wouldn't go to them. Needs to invest more in its IT department.
First time opening the app and you're faced with a login screen. With no option to register a new account... Sums up my experience with Fullerton in general, really.. A complete waste of time.
poor app mgt. tried to submit an eclaim; cannot select date of the invoice, and default date is day of application. sometimes can log in sometimes cannot; and states my personal details not updated. really unfriendly app. pse do something!!
TERRIBLE I opted to use the biometric login, which DOESNT work, and when I try to key in my login details, it keeps telling my login details are invalid when I'm quite sure it's correct. So annoyedddddd
This app is the worse. Its like they purposely wouldn't want us to claim our E-Flex scheme. How am I going to claim if I can't even click on the supposed visit date. I prefer the old ways where we just submit the hardcopy invoice to HR and they followup on it instead of introducing this app and give us a lot of headache. Very user unfriendly this apps. Literally.

Claiming process is long winded. Claim process VERY SLOW and takes more than 1 week. FHG requires you to pay first then claim. What's the DIFFERENCE when the invoice is from Government Hospitals! Singapore has hundreds of Clinics and yet not much under Panel list. EDIT: Second Claim submitted on 23 Feb 2022, till now 1 Mar 2022 still no update. Need 7 to 10 WORKING DAYS to process. EDIT: Claim approved on 02Mar22 till now still not credited. Seems like Fullerton is intentionally delay the claim.
really slow app. every new screen requires reloading and you have to wait. pretty glitchy too. cant see the list of clinics once you've minimized it.
It keeps crashing, not recognizing my login. Making me change password numerous times in one day.. and I get locked out trying to log in less than 5 times and then I have to go forget password and get it reset like 3-4 times a day.. why??
the map feature to locate the clinic is not usable. can zoom in and click on a clinic icon (map pin), but details of the clinic doesn't appear after the click. The only working way is the full clinic list and scroll manually, which is impossible to find the clinic. I know where is the clinic on the map, I want to see the information, but I can't do that.
worse app I have ever used, always lag, hang and selection options are not flexible to key in, it is leading to bad service of CS and make the claim process taking long process time.
Unable to login in after multiple passwords changes. Reinstalled app and works once. Log in again says wring ID and Password. This app is the worst ever !!!
poor user experience, and even after talking to these developers, nothing is done. loading is slow, takes more than 15 secs in each load page. insists you use GPS. and look, none of these other reviews had they paid heed to. and we employees are forces to use this app, when a physical card would suffice.
Unusable app. Rubbish. When you try open other app on your phone/ or switch away phone screen (this app run at background ) , this F app will return to log in page. Before you need to use this app, you need registration. On the registration, you need capture your ic for telemedicine. Once you open camera app , this F app will revert back to front login page. So forever looping unsuccessful registration. 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
I keep getting error Msg that my device is rooted and due to security I cannot run the app. I have used several methods to confirm if my device is rooted or not. I still fail to rectify this.
Terrible design. Too slow and Too many steps to upload a simple claim. But that is expected I guess as it's a reflection of the mess in the company itself.
Absolute rubbish experience. Took 15 minutes to fill everything up and put in the necessary documentation. Hit the final submit button, it says "no response from server, try again later." Come on guys, get your act together.
More organized. More intelligent than the previous version. Speed is still an issue. Visual for swab to next screen is not presentable.
Lousy app. Can't even register for telemedicine properly without the app crashing everytime I switch to camera mode to take picture of IC. How is this even allowed on AppStore?! Doesn't even deserve one star.
Terrible app. Each time click Telemedicine, it auto logout, show session expired and asks me to login again. Repeated. Telemedicine totally cannot be click to use. Saw the worst rating here, where is the Developer? Did they look into imprpve the app?
