Why in the world did you upgrade the app the old one work so much better and has been days and days trying to be online with somebody helping me reinstall the app and getting incorrect password because it won't accept my credentials please next time you upgrade make sure people can actually access it not user-friendly I was so disappointed
It's impossible to transfer money to outside banks & the app has no real useful features, if you are considering this as a primary bank, just go with one of the major military banks such as usaa or navyfed.
I am glad to have this mobile app. It has been a God send many times. We have banked at FHNB for almost as long as we have been in the Fort Hood, Killeen area. We have been extremely happy with this bank. They have been great with any crisis that has occurred. We appriciate this bank and the workers who have all been totally awesome.
Do you like to log into your account sometimes and then have to use the website to log in about 90% of the time because this app is trash? If so, this app is the one for you!
App doesn't work like it's suppose to, it's faulty and cuts out 90% of the time.
Terrible app. Can't load or log in after the update, and the international number is useless
Outdated, plus new app does not want to download on an Android phone for whatever reason.
app is updated and claims its not. cant really do anything hesides see the amount of $ you have available and thats it.
Poor design. No procedure for lost password. Withdraw your $ choose to bank elsewhere!

ever since it tried to update i am unable to login. its still stuck in the update window. uninstalled app and reinstalled it, still same issue.... showing error 1229
Put in correct user ID & password, it wants me to enroll. I am already enrolled so it won't let me get past putting my number in.
When the app is opened it says it to momentarily down right now check back later when I do it's never fixed
This app is decent. It crashes and has to be uninstalled and reinstalled before it will work correctly. Definitely needs a major patch.
It works great. It would be perfect that you create an app that allows you to receive notifications every time you make a purchase with your debit or credit card.
Now is trash. Before I can do transfer between my accounts and now I can't. ðŸ˜
Can't login from the hours of 12 am to 6 am. This is frustrating because what if someone was in need of something but needed to check their account first. Can't so that of you can't login in the middle of the night!
The app is inoperable can not log into my account
Always have to reset my password. Does not save the PIN. Constantly telling me I have too many login attempts when I haven't logged in at all within days.
