Is there any other app through which we can login. If not then please provide a separate insurance for the cause of high blood pressure while trying to login to the fhpl app. It is really very pathetic. Please improve the UI and performance of the app. Even after entering the correct pin it is showing errors.
I am not able to download my ecard even after multiple efforts. It loads the requests and doesn't download anything. even in other fields it always shows loading and fetching details, but doesn't provide any detail. Every minute the login gets expired. Its pathetic App and is of no use at all.
Absolute waste, I have no idea why my company has associated with these people for health insurance!! There's no customer service, agents are clueless of every query. Didn't receive my E-card it's about to be a year.

There are multiple issues with login, even after setting up the pin and using the correct pin while login I have never been able to use this application once to login and check my corporate policy, always have to use the website.
App is not giving correct information. It does not take the pin,gives repeated login errors and data about the policy given does not match the website/portal data for my login. How are we to trust? The policy number, uhid differs and there is no claim data. Totally untrustworthy and not of much use. The ecard has completely different data compared to the web portal. Why this is Happening? Please rectify.
Worst app for an insurance company. Has a lot of bugs. Frequent logout of session. Took too many attempt to fill form details for claim and submit button was hidden below bottom menu bar. Such a hopeless app.

Very bad experience, when I use my PIN to login, it's always say "Your token has expired, please login again" which token you are taking about. Can you please explain. And please improve your software team.

App is disgusting. Login error multiple times. I had been admited since last Friday at Ayursundra superspeciality guwahati. Since my attender did not have much knowledge about hospital works so I wanted take up all matters on my own hand. But no this bakwass app gave me an extra headache. Please fix all necessary bugs otherwise it is user friendly. Note : I am only telling about the app not the health insurance policy. Policy is awesome.
Worst app ever... Lot of bugs. While trying to login it shows your token has expired... Even try to intimate a claim the same error has occurred. Dont waste your time to try install .
Scrap app... Every time I go to cash claim option, it says 'token expired, login again'. If you guys are not maintaining this app properly, then remove it, & save our time. Giving 1 Star because Google Play does not accept below 1 Star.

Keep on asking for login, luckily of you get logged in, for every option we click on need to give give login pin. Lot of bugs are there and inconsistent app.

Worst application .. unable to check the claim status every time it is showing session expire.. without log in how come session will get expired that to customer care service is worst not resolving the issue

Very bad user experience. First of all there are multiple issues with login. Even after the correct PIN entered says wrong PIN. Fingerprint not working. Repeatedly showing the login errors. Other than that, the claim status button shows the screen as *[object 1]* and *[object 2]*. Such a bad user experience, the data coming from server is not showing and instead displaying the UI code? Unbelievably, FHPL is the vendor of most of the big corporates and still such a bad UI. Should fix this asap.
Very pathetic, You will be getting one error every time you try to log in: Your token has expired please log in again. Wasted!!
Unstable and unresponsive...The app does not recognise the existing PIN and even resetting the pin didn't work. Clearing cache and user data, app uninstall doesn't work either. The only message that gets displayed is "Your token haa expired. Please login again" but nothing more or beyond..A very sad and inefficient state of affairs.

Unable to login. Stuct at loading screen. For how many years you are planning to not fix login issues? Look at the app reviews. The rating has been dropped to 1.9 and you don't even think about fixing the issue. Crazy dev team.
