Fiat Access

It was working fine until 2 months later (currently) suddenly asked to input my log in info again and then keeps getting an error stating "could not load vehicle" i already tried everything from uninstalling to re installing, changing my password etc. Still not working. Someone pls fix this app log in issue.

This is a notch above pos rating. When it works it works ok but crashes often. Messaging features just do not work. Period. I am on my second Fiat. Installed and reinstalled several versions of this app with same poore results. SEP 7 2017. I am downgrading my review of this app to POS status. One star. It has actually gotten worse since my last review. I cannot even use it anymore. It crashes every single time. I am using Samsung note 5. A very common device that should be compatible with this app, but alas!

Nothing works! Mostly worthless, as it only seems to update the charge left during times I don't actually need to know how much charge I have left (10pm - 10am). None of the features work, even after 10pm, when I'd really like the cabin pre-heating to work. The car won't directly connect to my phone, which would be nice as the garage is right next to the living room, so the car could easily connect via WiFi or Bluetooth.

Uninstalled directly after reading all the comments (most recent too). It has no sense to waste your time

Just the worst app. Never updates. I've gone 10 times to the Fiat service center to fix the app. Awful. Just take it off the market if it doesn't work period for heaven sakes stop inconveniencing your customers

I fear that I'm locking and unlocking someone else's Fiat because it keeps saying that the command went through, but nothing on my car is budging. And though I refreshed it, it's reading mileage and charge from 5 hours ago. Any tips? Advice? If I've been honking your horn, advanced apologies. :-)

Needs overhaul, can't connect and does not transmit commands such as fan on or unlock/lock. If password or username is lost there is no apparent way to reset.

Feb 2nd I am removing all stars except for one. This thing has stopped working altogether. It has been stuck on "charging, 5 hours remaining" regardless of the car being plugged in or not. Original review: Most features worked for the last 15 days then (since June 1st) then today it says I am not charging, but the dash says it is charging. Notifications never worked (update they worked briefly). Remote setting of A/C seemed to work one time only. No built in help. Where is the support forum?

I can't get service for my car and NO ONE cares at the local or national level. The app has stopped working and no one is lifting a finger to fix it. FIAT (fix it again Tony). Some things never change!!!

Crashes constantly. Was OK when it was working (not great but better than nothing) but recently it crashes everytime I try to use it.

UI is ugly and it has a lot of glitches. Need major update. I love my Fiat 500e though.

If you bought used, you don't qualify. Mine's still under warranty, but no joy with UConnect. I can see why they wouldn't want to provide server space & bandwidth, but not allowing a P2P, VPN, or even BT access is just short-sighted. People love old Fiats, or used to. So hackable. So, for now, entire dependence. Get out your soldering iron, I guess.

I love the idea, but the app crashes if it's open for more than a few seconds. When it did work the remote start and unlock features took close to 10 minutes to work....idiotic

Used to work great for me. Now I can login but every time I try to remotely turn on the heater it crashes 100% of the time. Sadness.

Freezes and then crashes everytime I request a refresh of information. Great concept, horrible execution.

Fiat knows nothing about software. Fiat access crashes every time I'm trying to send a command to the car. Unfortunate, but it's junk.

Totally usleass because Fiat only supported 500e's on this app for 3 years. So now the app does nothing...

Crappiest execution i have ever seen. The communication between device and car goes through a server. That process is haphazard and has huge latency. Someone!! Please fix this. This app reminds me of colorful and disfunctional websites circa 2000.

i live in an area where the summer gets up to 110 degrees F. all i want is to remote start my AC, but it never works.

Overall, it's a decent app. Too much lag between commands to the car ie.. turning on the air. Never got the door lock feature to work.

I keep receiving a "Network Error" message when attempting to sign. This has been happening ever since the update, and I'm unable to stay logged into the app. Annoying and unreliable

This app just stopped working months ago, deleted it the reloaded it still nothing.

This app is hit or miss, more often miss. Not consistent at all. It does not refresh at times and can do days before it refreshes. Needs to be updated.

This app does nothing. Tried it on several devices, over Wi-Fi and cellular and it crashes every single time.

Useless! Fiat has discontinued the service. Google should delete the app from the store. Does not bode well for their service, if they're just going to abandon support for their app. Thanks for nothing, Fiat!

Most of the time it nolonger connects to the car noting a server error. Many of the features don't work properly even when connected.
