Overall easy and great. 3 stars because of the lack of detail on bill pay. I should be able to click a transaction to see when the request for funds was made. The delaid processing date is only helpful knowing when it mailed which is problematic for myself.
It won't let me do the mobile deposit. I use to be able to. I tried 6 times and each time it says the picture wasn't clear. Even though it was. I even asked my roommate if it's clear to him and he said yes. I even tried being on wifi and off wifi. Still didnt work. Now I have to wait to see if I can cash it when I can get to the bank. I'll change my rating if it gets fixed.
Every time I try to open it since it has been updated, it loads for a few seconds and then dissappears completely
Good app and easy to use, but when the time comes for your password reset it won't say you need to reset your password, it will just say the login isn't working. It only works after you log onto the website and change your password there.
I love having this app! In a small town that didn't offer much in a way of banking this mobile app is a life saver!
Love checking my account without having to call the bank, and making internal transfers is so easy and helpful!
It tells you what's in your accounts very simple and noncomplex easy to use.
Newest update will not load so I can't use the app. Have to go through web browser.
